They are unfriendly. Not customer oriented. When I entered their shop a week ago they didn't greet me or make me feel welcome. I had a simple job just a name on an apron. They over charged me I had to tell them everything. When I picked up my apron today it was balled up. They work was sloppy and the backing was poorly done. Instead of folding and handling my garment with car it was wrinkled and shoved on a shelf. I wasnt thanked. Again no greeting or smile. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

These people skipped town after taking my money for an order. Doors are locked, no sign and not returning emails.

I had dropped off an item(1 sweater to be embroider with my last name on it) at this location on March 14th. This was prior to the coronavirus shutdown and they informed me that I should have my sweater within two weeks due to high volume. Even that was a ridiculous timeline but I was willing to wait. Today May 14th I called and a team member answered. As soon as I provided details of my item he said "yes it's ready". I did not receive a call, email or text message from them informing me that the item has been embroidered and completed or even ready for pick up. They let it sit there for 2 month and unless I had called they would have never reached out. THEY HAVE VERY POOR SERVICE DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!! I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location for further business! read more

After holding on to our order for two weeks, I came in to pick them up and all the pieces were just sitting on the floor. They said they weren't able to upload the file from another embroid me location. Instead of calling, emailing, texting or sending me smoke signals, they just waited for me to show up on the scheduled pick ip day. They didn't even apologize, which is even a larger indicator of where the problem is. I can not stress enough to find another embroidery place. read more

Never believe their hours open. 4 times now when I've needed something it says on the site they are open, I drove 45 minutes and they aren't there- with a different excuse every time and no communication on door, site, phone or anything. You could call beforehand but they never answer the phone. Completely unprofessional and disorganized and not worth your time or money. read more

I've been very pleased with EmbroidMe Frisco. They have supported our local charity event with very good quality custom printed t-shirts for volunteers. Besides that I've worked with this location on multiple occasions for my company embroidery needs and always had great customer service and good quality products. Absolutely avoid this location. I've had one incident where they put the wrong logo on my shirts and was given credit for the embroidery only, not the shirts. The credit was then lost when they upgraded their system. I then had an expensive jacket embroidered to use on sales calls and the logo had the wrong color with black stitching on a black jacket. The solution there was nothing. Told sorry it was proofed even though we wrote it down wrong. It seems they've switched owners or something because I didn't have issues in the past. Plenty of other options in the area to use. read more

Needed some guys toiletry bags embroidered with just 3 initials for high school graduation gifts. I balked at the $20.00 per bag (just the embroidery - I furnished the bag) but decided to go ahead because we needed them next day. Went to pick them up and the guy (assuming the owner) said there would be also an additional $25 Rush fee as well. Never told me that when I dropped them off and assumed that the rush fee was included that is why the price was so high in the first place. BUYER BEWARE make sure you get a written quote before you leave your items for embroidery as they will add on additional fees!!! read more

Overpriced and terrible service! I paid $20 to have a 5 letter name embroidered on one stocking. I took in an existing embroidered stocking and asked if they could match the size/color/style of the font and they said "absolutely!". When I picked the stocking up the next day the woman pulled it out of the bag and much to my dismay the color and size of the font were wrong. The color isn't too bad, it is a close enough match, but the size of the font is twice as thick as the example I asked them to match. The woman asked, "does it look ok?" to which I answered, "Um, no! It doesn't match." She put the stockings back in the bag and said "Have a nice day". WHAT?!? I was extremely exhausted and not in the mood for a fight so I took my bag and left. I walked in and started talking to the front lady and she held a "one moment finger up" and proceeded to talk on her phone. I paid (it was $21 since I had the digital image) and left. One week later I got the text to pick up. I came in and she tried to make me pay again. I showed her the receipt got the item and left. One day later (today) I get a call that I need to lay for the jacket and it's not in their ledger. I had to text them the receipt. Aka if you go here - keep your receipt. Quality was okay. read more

All they had to do was stich simple patches to my husband's jacket sleeves. He specifically told them he wanted them spaced out evenly. Finished work...not even close. A couple were even crooked. AND the patches were ironed on, which we did not request, and thus the adhesive from the patch was activated so we can't get the patches off tot fix the issue. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. read more

I work for the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and Carl Stuckey and his staff are amazing! we get the ribbon for our ribbon cutting ceremonies from Carl and we also get other items from him that are crucial to our success. We have never had a bad experience with him, and I have been dealing with him for 5 years now. Don't waste your time going to someone who might be cheaper and that isn't local. Carl knows this business in and out and his turnaround time on projects is always completed as projected or most times jobs are completed before the agreed upon completion date. He can do more than print things on clothing....you can also get trade show materials and promotional items as well. He truly is a one stop shop for most of our business needs...give him a try, you will NOT be disapointed! read more

I wanted to have some polo's embroidered with my company logo, so I stopped by this place because it was close and convenient. They gave me my cost and a delivery date. I emailed them a day later and asked them if a "rush" service was available, they said there was, and it was $25 (which I found out was a next day fee even though I didn't get them next day) which I was ok with, as I had a trade show coming up on that weekend. The guy told me I could pick them up after 3pm on Friday. He calls me Friday at 2-ish to say he's getting ready to run them and he would call me when they were ready. I leave to go up to the store a little after 5 as I knew he closed around 6 and I hadn't heard back from them. I get there, and the guy tells me he hasn't even run them. Tells me to come back in 30 minutes. So I come back as requested and not only do I stand there for an additional 30 minutes he doesn't even acknowledge that I'm standing there until he comes over to tell me his machine isn't working and he wont be able to deliver but did offer to drop off at my house early that next morning, which at the time he wanted to do that I would already be at my trade show. I go to pick them up a few days later (3 polos) and he grabs the bag and kind of half shows me a shirt while it's still in the bag (big red flag). After he hands it to me, I pull out what looks to be an ok job (the only polo that looked marginally ok). He discounts the job some for failing to meet the deadline, which was fair. I get back to my home where I can lay them out and get a good look at the work he did and 2 out of 3 of them are horrid. I send them an email (they were fast to email before this) and I asked them to make it right by replacing the 2 polo's and re-doing the embroidery on them. Which is more then fair. I didn't get a reply from them, so I emailed them back the following day, again, asking them to honor my request. They still have not replied. I wouldn't do business with them unless you're ok with sub-par work and the acceptance of handing off crap and being ok with that. I now must buy 2 new polo's, and find another place to get my embroidery done, correctly this time. read more

Needed some beach towels embroidered with names of my out of town guests who were visiting. I balked at the $20.00 per towel (just the embroidery - I furnished the towel) but decided to go ahead. On the day promised, (Friday) I got a call that my towels were ready - BUT - they made an error on one of the names. To correct this, they ripped out the stitching and re-did it, and they said you could "kind of tell" on one of the towels. Asked if I could come in to see what I thought. Oh, and by the way - we are not open on weekends. GREAT. Well, since my company arrives in a couple days, let me stop what I am doing right now and come over. Arrived at the store, took a good five minutes to be acknowledged by the young man sitting at one of the back tables. When I told him my name, took another several minutes to locate my screwed up order. (He also appeared high....but whatever). Sure enough, towel underneath the new stitching looked marred and spotty. I am giving 2 stars because they did offer to not charge me for that one towel. What choice did I have? Don't have time with company coming to run all over town for a new towel and bring it back for a re-do. Oh, but that wasn't a possibility anyway, because they don't work weekends. I understand mistakes happen, but calling at the eleventh hour to fess up just doesn't cut it for me. Won't be back. read more

Super accommodating staff and reasonable prices. I have the embroidery on all my business shirts done at this location. I've found that the staff at this store really go the extra step to provide me with the information I need to make good decisions about what I want. It is a busy store but they are very good about communicating on timing and delivery schedules. The staff and the store location make EmbroidMe Frisco a no-brainer for all of my embroidery needs. read more
