I got a call yesterday that they are cancelling my appointment due to not receiving the referral from my insurance. I asked why they didn't contract ABQ Orthopedics for the referral since the PT request came from them and they have that referral? I was advised that is not their job. However, it certainly is their job! Cap customer service, unprofessional, and a waste of time for those needing therapy after an intensive surgery! Avoid these clowns!!!

We went for an introduction; he filled out the paperwork and scheduled an appointment for November 25, 2025. Yesterday, he received two text messages and a phone call asking to confirm the appointment. I listened to his call and the front desk "clerk" asked if he wanted to cancel, He said, "No, I want to keep the appointment". She asked again, he responded the same and said, "See you tomorrow". She said "ok". At noon, the scheduled time, we went there and was told that he had cancelled the appointment. We were both shocked because that is NOT what he said. Both front desk clerks insisted that is what he said and argued with us about it. Neither of them tried to apologize for the mix-up or reschedule. They basically called us both liars...
