I received a very thin overlay (powder on top of natural nail) and gel polish. When I tell you I cannot stop looking at my nails, I'm not lying! I am OBSESSED. This picture doesn't do them justice. I suppose for the price, I'd prefer they do an "excellent" job instead of just a "good" one. Walk ins here are your best bet as I've made appointments before and making an appointment seems to mean nothing to them. On days where I've made an appointment I'm never serviced at my appointment time and walk ins have been prioritized above people who had appointments. It really just seems like they serve on a first come first serve basis even if you had an appointment scheduled. They're also really bad at telling people to come back if they're busy. They'll tell customers to wait on end and try to fit as many appointments as possible even if they do not have the staff to do it. I've been seated in a pedicure chair for up to 40 minutes waiting for someone to do my nails when they clearly did not have the staff to support the traffic that was in there.

I know it's an extremely difficult cut to ask for and I've only had three stylists the past 30 years. Gemini recommended this place and I read the bios before I had made an appointment and select Jennifer M. I was extremely nervous going to a salon as a male expecting to feel unwelcome amongst the females. To my surprise I was greeted with open arms and warm smiles. I was also surprised at the male presence at a salon and spa. The waiting area is tight due to limited space amongst the hair products but when Jennifer M approached me, on time, she greeted me with a welcoming smile. She chatted with me and my nerves had ended. I knew I was in great hands. She did a fabulous job and already booked my next haircut in three weeks. I hope that she will be with me my next ten years.
