Literally a waste of my money. Worst manicure of my life. If you want to go someplace that doesn't care about quality or giving you what you pay for, then I highly recommend this place. No foot massage though I paid for one. My gentleman who joined me also did not receive a foot massage, and I got him the deluxe pedicure package. Kept trying to wash my feet with freezing cold water- hey, can we have it be a little warm please?! They ripped my cuticles to the point they were bleeding with the dremel file. My thumb wouldn't stop bleeding for the entirety of the manicure. Also, they didn't do anything with cleaning up my cuticles, etc. They put a sparkly black polish on my nails after I told them I wanted plain. Then they wouldn't redo my nails, just a top coat- even though it was the wrong color! When he was shaping my nails he kept getting it wrong- as in, they were slanted at an angle- I ended up having to straighten them out myself. The application was messy, just look at the photos. Didn't clean up my nails. Left my fingers full of crappy polish. I paid $80 for a pedicure and powder manicure. I'd rather give my money to someone I hate. Filthy nails, bad application. They took my money after I showed them how terrible it was. Worst ever. Buyer beware. read more

My 50.00 deluxe pedicure (no polish) lasted maybe 10 minutes and she didn't even cut the cuticle or use a file. when it came time for my file I felt that she went as fast as she could. I have never been here before and I'm usually very ocd and picky with my nails. but the entire expierience was amazing and my nail tech was easy to talk to and hold a conversation with. the entire atmosphere here is so peaceful and beautiful. Do NOT go to fancy nails in Janesville! Daughters and I went yesterday my 2 girls nails already broke and chipped! Oldest had polish splattered on her arm. Nails weren't even or painted nice. She didn't like her nails and told the lady multiple times but she said they are fine she will fix them but she didn't. I asked for a full set. After I had the acrylic on the lady told me that they didn't have enough time to do regular nails that I would need to get gel which is like $10 more! I reluctantly agreed but was not happy. As I sat there she piled on so much powder that they looked like bubbles sitting on my nails! I told her I didn't like them she said yea I will fix. Meanwhile she was rushing through my set and I could tell this was not going to end well. I told her I wanted my nails to be even and not look like bubbles and she again told me she knows and it will look fine. She told me they close at 5 so she had 15 mins to get my nails shaped and painted. It seemed unrealistic to me and I didn't want to pay 45 dollars for crappy nails. I asked her to just take the rushed nails that she had on off because I'm not paying for bad nails and we are going out of town so want them to look nice. I had to tell her repeatedly to take them off they all came out and talked she threw down things around her. Someone else came out and took my nails off. I ended up paying 15 for them to simply paint my daughter's toes and fingers, 35 for them to put paint on my toes even though I asked for a pedi there was no massage or anything special!!! And then another $10 for them to take off the shitty nails they put on my fingers. Would not recommend at all. Unless you want to pay for rushed services that you don't get anyway and then pressured into upgrading because they later decide there isn't enough time. The prices listed on the board are not what they charge. Acrylic nails with regular polish $22 for student. Then they sit you down and grab your hand before you can get your coat off as they hand you the no chip polish, which is $40. NO! We asked for regular polish at least 3 times!! So, my daughter wanted 5 colors (new trend) she said ok. I left to go shopping. Came back and my daughter was done and had paid already. Her nails were WAY too long. The gal did a nail and said OK? My daughter said they were too long... $5 more....$5 more for 5 colors...she knew we had a $5 coupon....nope! Made my daughter pay at the chair and not the register. Ugh worst manicure I've ever had. I came in looking for a simple manicure with clear polish. This salon is in a mall so from the looks of it I wasn't expecting anything great... but what I got was disastrous. The typical older male of the salon did my manicure. My nails were cut and filed unevenly and the clear polish started pealing the same day. The salon feels filthy - my purse and coat were covered in nail dust when I walked out. I didn't even tip the gentleman because I felt no sense of customer service from him at all, nor a desire to give me a good manicure. my grandma , mom and i went in. i got a full set of acrylics and my grandma and mom got their toes done. well the price isn't best for people on a budget and the pedicure isn't that special it looks like it could be recreated at home. and for one pedicure it's $70. now on to my acrylics. the lady was extremely rude and rough. i have a indent on my thumb nail underneath where my acrylic was and it hurt very bad. i jerked away it hurt so bad and she just grabbed me and kept going. the nails were $58 and just plan pink. not worth the pain or money. and it's pretty raggedy looking. read more

I've been here years ago, before I had been to better salons. The other places we'd tried this day were too busy, so we decided to try fancy nails. They're friendly enough here. But I was charged $20 more than I was told the total would be for the pedicure package I chose, & gel,& a super simple design. I asked what the cost of each would be before agreeing. & it was not what I was charged. Then I had to call when I got home (25 min away) Bc my toe nails were sticky. I was told to just rub rubbing alcohol on my nails. I then noticed some color rubbed off on the napkin & I had to drive 25 min back to have them fix that & put the top coat on. My feet were still rough & I had to exfoliate them myself. None of this should happen when I pay almost $70 for a pedicure!!(that would have been $45 anywhere else.) my friend got a basic pedicure w/plain color gel polish, no package, no designs; she was told it would be $35 & ended up being charged $55! The guy had to look closely & the entire room was talking about what was wrong w my toes when I went back to have them fixed. He was friendly though. & the girls training, that did our pedicures were friendly. But we won't be back. read more

The guy that did my nails was rude especially when I only requested a basic pedicure with regular polish! Then he did a rush job on the pedicure and only did half of it!
