My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. This used to be my favorite UPS store to do business with but the last three visits have been…read morereally disappointing. I come in with a package that has a prepaid label and consistently the associate states that they are having trouble scanning it. Usually, I'm offered to re-print my label for a fee in store (which is wild in itself), today without offering me any other option I was told they are not able to accept the package. I drove to another location 15 minutes away where they were able to scan it stating they have newer scanners. This sounds like a technical issue with the Quebec store and not a customer issue with the label. I encourage you to get better equipment and perhaps some retraining with the current associates so they all represent the UPS brand accordingly.

Have video evidence of a FedEx employee putting on a fake FedEx tag that the tracking number is invalid. Since I had to have it signed, the FedEx employee she signed for it a different name and she took it. This is a criminal act as it was not a cheap package and the police are notified. Luckily, I have a clear view of her face and dimensions.
