He also took the time to explain what he would be doing, so we could be aware of what he was doing during the process of the carpet cleaning. We found that to be very useful as many cleaners don't take the time to educate their customers, they just throw some stuff down and start running a machine; so this was an excellent plus in our eyes. I value 3 hours of my time at more than $20. If he had said from the start "Hey they are running late", I could have gone and done something else. But they were always "Just right around the corner" so I didn't want to leave and miss them. Also, he said the cleaners "Didn't find a parking lot".
