Great selection and great prices! Plenty of parking available and the location is easily accessible. Really organized and easy to look through. Lots of variety but kept up to date. Everything is sold as is, so the only downside is there are no dressing rooms to try anything on and they have a no return policy. Staff is friendly and helpful! Can't ask for much more. read more

I needed to get a bunch of tennis and badminton racquets to donate for a youth program. I've avoided this thrift store for years because there's a decent Goodwill in a much less congested area in the same plaza. 2 star - cash only. Highly inconvenient for the non cash carrying crowd. In the age of square and apple pay, how difficult is it. And an in store bilk-you-out-of-three-bucks ATM machine? C'mon!!! Grr. 2 stars - the entire store smelled funny. Clothes and house hold goods and stuff seemed in some sorts of consistent (not exemplary at all) organization patterns; I found what I was looking for rather quickly, but that smell was with me for about an hour after I left the store. Ugh. 4 stars - I had some decent customer service. My cashier was splendid. Seeing how customers were letting there little ones go nuts and how rude customers were to the workers and other customers, bless the workers there. 2 stars for the pricing, rather high for what they were selling. But then, a lot of thrift and discount stores nowadays are overthinking their value. While I was there, announcements were made via intercom of specials for the hour, think blue light special-esque. I have an online business and I can tell you that for me there is no better thrift store in south Florida ! Let me first start by saying that they now except credit cards which is a big plus. The quality of goods isn't superior to anything in the area and the sales they offer on Wednesday and Friday afternoons are amazing. What I like most besides the great deals are the friendly people who work there specially the Mr Badge behind the counter, another plus is the cleanliness of the store and the way the items are not jammed and piled in a mess. There might be a lot of merchandise but the store is dirty with poor lighting. There are a lot of designer clothing on the racks but the prices being charged for it ...and it's used is ridiculous. Used shoes where consistently priced at $12.99. I don't care that it's cash only .. I love this store! They have a HUGE selection (larger than the Goodwill nearby), two dressing rooms, and tons of great pieces (designer and not). I've never left without a cart full of items. 10/10!!!! I've been going there for years and they now have a credit card machine which is great. If you've got the idea that you can sell your clothes at Think Thrift and make money, forget about it. You've probably seen their bus stop signs encouraging you to bring your stuff in but what they don't tell you is how much they pay. Are you ready for it? 25 CENTS A POUND! Think about that. The average t-shirt weighs less than half a pound-- 12 cents for you. A pair of jeans weighs about 2 pounds-- 50 cents for you. Boots weight about 3 pounds-- 75 cents in your pocket. Brand names and retail value don't count, it goes strictly by weight. I took in 19 pounds of good stuff and got a whopping $7.50. Covered my gas and the Coke I bought on the way there. The paltry amount they pay for their inventory is even more shocking when you see the prices they charge in the store for what they just paid pennies for. A t-shirt averages for $10. Jeans are up to $20 and good boots can go as high as $60. I certainly don't begrudge them for trying to make a buck, but this is just stingy and greedy. The sales staff are mostly terrible with a few exceptions. The beefy blond tan guy who was at the counter basically treated customers as though they were bothering him. I realize this is standard in South Florida but I still can't accept it. Remember that when you donate your unwanted clothes to a charity shop, you can fill out a tax form claiming the value of the items (the price the shop will sell the item at) as a deduction on your tax return. So instead of getting 12 cents for a t-shirt, you can claim the $10 the shop will price it at. In the end it's worth it to get a nice tax write off rather than helping the shady people at Think Thrift make a buck off you. read more

We stopped in to see if there were any items we can take advantage prior to visiting our preferred spot-Goodwill. The items were displayed and easy to locate. However, we experienced an interesting check out. The store representative checked us out. As we checked out, we were asked to remove the hangers from the clothing. While we removed the hangers, the gentleman who was sorting and replacing the hangers on the rack went further to ask us to sort and place all the large number of hangers on the rack. I was appalled and could not believe hos request to a customer. Summary, he expected the customers to remove the hangers from clothing, sort the hangers, placed the hangers on rack, pay for the items, etc. Shall we mop and sweep the floor as well? I will never recommend, visit or even speak of this store ever. read more

How annoying is it to shop in a place that doesnt: A) have fitting rooms B) have a place to sit and try on shoes C) have a rest room D) only accepts cash and charges you 2.50 to use their atm machine? E) overpriced merchandise especially for the area F) has a stupid sale with so many exceptions that by the time you work yourself through the store you are so annoyed you forget it.... Example: .99 red items only below 9.99 over that 50% and only clothes.... (Never saw a red ticket item!) This is 1 of 5 thrift stores within a 15 mile radius. They dont get it. Very bad service. clerk's are rude and disrespectful. They are connected with a charity and don't let u use all your charity coupons. There are no fitting rooms so if you purchase something and it doesn't fit you can't even return it. No returns no exchanges and no credit. Very bad experience. Was told I can stand in corner of store if I wanted to try my pants on. read more
