She listened attentively, and immediately understood she needed to escalate. It was an excellent call. Then comes manager Fernando... Fernando proposed options, clarified constraints and limitations, and he ultimately delivered exactly what I was looking for: a super comfy desk seat, at a great price. We are talking excellent customer service--as good as it gets. I've been coming to this office Depot for years, and I always find what I'm looking for. The prices are always reasonable, but the customer service is the best part. And my last visit was so exceptional, that I decided that I finally needed to leave this location a well deserved five star review. Even as we were saying goodbye, Fernando thoughtfully informed me that it would take about 30 minutes to assemble the seat. I hadn't asked, but I appreciated him letting me know. It felt good knowing what I was getting myself into and that it shouldn't be too difficult or time-consuming. It was just a thoughtful comment. I really appreciated that they had a bunch of back to school themed standees out with everything under the sun. And yet, we had to circle around it a few times to find everything (the cloth book covers really wanted to play hide & seek). It ended up being a great one stop shop that allowed for us to knock everything off of our list. And most items were on sale so we ended up paying way less than I had originally expected. Staff was friendly, but completely locked in to the check out counter. If you needed help finding something, you were on your own. I saw several people there who weren't there for school supplies going over every bit of aisle looking for something. I hope during other times of year when things aren't as busy for them they have more staff roaming around to help customers. So, if you are in need of office supplies, or school supplies (or hey, they even have a toy section because...sure?) this Staples is a great place to go where they should be able to get you everything you need for prices that won't break the bank. The employees take their time with their tasks which causes long wait times for the customers. There's normally no one to ring people up in the front either. James is always awesome, friendly, and helpful. Leah is fine as long as you don't need help outside of a quick scan but she really doesn't mind making customers wait. I've actually had to step in to help senior customers because Leah isn't willing to. Mind you, I'm just another customer waiting in line. They're very unhappy at this location and you can tell LOL

It sounded like a good deal to my boss and I, so I took them up on the offer. The technician came the next day and fixed our sorry, dirty, toner-bleeding printers. [A side note to others, please take it from us: you get what you pay for... if you're buying re-manufactured toner cartridges, spend a little more for quality ones.] I'm happy to report they're running just fine now. We liked their attentive service so much that we also ordered our drums and toners from them too, which are of great quality and competitive prices. To sum it up? Good prices and honest service in a service area that can be shady and scummy. Don't hesitate to call on them if your copiers/printers need some TLC.

I went to Westlake Village to get some foil balloons that weren't available at Woodland Hills. But I wasn't sure that I could fill the rest of my car with the black latex ones so I came all the way back to my house to unload the foil ones and went next-door to Woodland Hills to fill my latex balloon order, which I could not pre-order online because online said you had to go directly to the store. I showed up at 2 PM. There was absolutely nobody manning the party city desk and there were four girls and a manager giggling in the corner doing absolutely nothing. I waited for two minutes. Nobody even acknowledge that I was there and then when I walked up, the manager said they couldn't fill an order for 10 to 15 balloons because they had 23 back orders and not enough labor to fulfill them. They literally said they couldn't take walk up orders when I just came from the Westlake village and they fulfilled a walk up order no problem. There was nobody in the store and there were absolutely no filled balloons in the balloon catch net so if they had 23 balloon orders, they were incredibly far behind and not filling a one of them they were five people, literally doing nothing. They wouldn't fill my order and this was just like the very last straw for me never again and so sad for Party City. I will just go to Michael's or travel 12 miles out of my way to get somebody to not treat me like I'm putting them out to do their job.

They took down the name of the weird European chair I wanted, tracked down the US dealer, and got a floor sample to their store for me to try in just a few days. I sat in it, loved it, and bought it through them. Everyone was incredibly helpful, and not pushy at all. They were really patient and helpful with helping me pick and price out all the custom options for the chair, and had physical swatch samples of the upholstery options. And the price was great. We wish we knew about this place when my husband bought his Herman Miller chair, and now we know we will come back for any future home office furniture!

He then sent back to me the ideal arrangement but also gave me alternate arrangements for us to consider. Once we decided, it was smooth sailing. His installation crew installed on A Saturday. They were knowledgeable and professional. They followed the plans Ben had prepared and there was very minimal supervision needed. It was so easy i can't believe i waited in those long lines before today When you enter Office Depot Have a seat by the office printing center and let them know you have an appointment for TSA . The really nice gentleman who helped me made it such a fun experience we laughed all the way through . He's very professional but made a government program a good time .. He'd make an excellent Floor Manager at the DMV . Finger printing was difficult because my hands don't lay flat anymore but we took enough submissions he said they would choose the best . sure enough since I'm not a criminal, i received my TSA number in less than 8 hours ! My appointment was at 2pm yesterday and at 5:23pm i was cleared . My tsa number arrived at 6:23 am today . It's $85 and good for 5 years no more unpacking your crap at TSA check points no more long lines to wait it , customs will be a breeze . I'm so looking forward to my Hawaiian vacation this year
