Staples uses Xerox copiers which are similar to the Canon copiers that I used at FedEx Office. So I was relieved to find a replacement copier. After going to this Staples store a few times I started using other services, such as dropping off UPS and USPS packages. I also found it convenient to purchase a few items and found their customer service to be good too. They were helpful and attentive to what I needed.

I've been coming here for years and they are always here unless it's a Holiday. I would recommend to call first if it's a holiday. They always have what I need and fix my printers, sometimes right on the spot. I also have a transcription company. They have everything new AND old. It's incredible.
