It nails having a good atmosphere and all the staff members are nice and always greet me when I come in. It's managed well, I can tell the people behind it care. Cool new coffee shop in town! A really great space for working since it's quiet. Ample space so you can definitely get your own space to work, and they have plugs all over the place which is even better! Got the limited time Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. It was really good. Full of cinnamon flavor and tasted like I was eating the cereal. Will definitely have to come back to try more coffee. Great overall coffee shop for work, to hang out, or chill. I have visited a couple of times. The coffee and food are good. The atmosphere or ambiance is inviting. It is a rather spacious facility, which is a plus. The coffee house also has special events which are fun. However, I believe the real differentiation between this coffee spot and a Starbucks type place is the service. The Biristias really care about the customers and are truly into their vocation. That is particularly laudable because you do not see professionals that are into their jobs as much in modern times. Since relocating from Naples where we frequented quite a few coffee establishments, Third Place Coffee Lounge is our very first coffee place we decided to try to meet up with friends for business and casual conversation afterwards. They offer a choice of savory or sweet pastries to accompany your beverage of choice. I ordered a Kalita pour over for the single sourced Guatemalan and my friend ordered the cold brew lemonade. The iced matcha latte was delicious, as well. We also tried what looked like a confetti coffee cake --2 generous slices--wow, absolutely the bomb!! All the choices were suggested by the friendly baristas and they were spot-on delicious!! We were all so impressed. Turns out the visit to Third Place was a first for all of us! My boyfriend and I found this place after leaving a VERY crowded Starbucks to try and get some work done. We weren't sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised! Don't let the exterior fool you, it's such a cozy, clean quiet atmosphere. I didn't get her name, but the barista working was so sweet, amazing customer service. She asked if we had any questions before we ordered and was very detailed in telling us about the coffee/flavor/milk options. We also ordered two different flavors of "breakfast bombs," which is a filled pastry, highly recommend. She came over after a while to make sure we were okay and that we liked everything. I highly recommend this place, even IF the coffee had been subpar, which it WAS NOT, it was great coffee, I would still go back just for the service. read more

This is one of my two or three favorite coffee shops for writing anywhere in the country, and I get around. Elijah, the owner, is a super-friendly, creative dude who's always looking for ways to up his game and bring his customers a better experience. At Third Place, you can eat your breakfast pastries savory or sweet, and get your coffee cold or hot, with or without add-ons like chaga and CBD. You also get to choose your ground, chilling in the abundant, outlet-rich seating inside, or on the breezy shaded sidewalk. To the left of the register and up, sharp-eyed customers may notice the filtration system guaranteeing clean, pure water in all the drinks. The music is always atmospheric and energetic, but never oppressive. A printer waits at your disposal should you need hard copies of your project. By night, alcoholic drinks are available, and various community events take place, including open mic poetry, and music nights with the owner himself serving as DJ. Full disclosure, I never get here at night. I come here to work and I almost always meet or exceed my goals. Truly, Third Place has found and even defined the 'sweet spot' of what a casual, hip coffee shop can be. read more

Third Place is a money spot- especially in Boca. While many cafes attempt to produce and foster a "cute, stay and work" vibe or a "come and meet a date" vibe, I feel that they mostly fail in the regard that they cannot create a vibe unless they are wholeheartedly in support of such. Elijah is a proponent of this "work from home" sensation and the energy that is necessary to evoke such a response in the customers. I came to the cafe, not just to connect with an old friend, but also to experience what it is all about. The macchiato I ordered reins supreme- I ordered it dry, and it came out perfectly. Note, I am an espresso snob, and I enjoy a full bodied, not burnt, but slightly acidic taste. This checked the boxes. The macchiato and a hot green tea are all I had, but given these results, I will for sure be coming back to most certainly make it a Third Place. read more
