Every time I need a last minute appointment, they are always willing to squeeze us in the schedule. All of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied with their care. In addition to having great customer service, they provide great care. The vets are awesome and very informative. No matter if the issue is big or small, it will be handed in a professional and caring matter. I have three dogs and all of them have boarded here. The boarding experience went well. We had them all groomed and vetted during their stay. They came home smelling great and happy. If you are looking for a great vet--look no further.

I got this number (its now Agape) from the number on my vet's outgoing. I called and someone who is very badly trained called me back. I don't think its his fault. He asked no questions, but when I asked what it would cost and what the procedure was he said $200 and they would pick him up. That was already more than another had said and then it turns out that that's only for pick up, but if I dropped him off that would be $50 and that is over and above the $190 price of cremation, which is already higher. He didn't ask where I was and obviously if he had we could have prevented some of this. I don't know why a Raleigh vet gave their number anyway. I am waiting for a call from the supervisor, but its still Christmas. If he makes sense of what happens I may change this, but if not this is what happened. I was so angry and cried after we got off the phone. But it appears these people are taking advantage of people in cirsis.

He was extremely nice. Caring and picked up and returned for a lower price than Faithful Friends. Cara's urn is carved rosewood. Much nicer all around. His is in it. Friends said i should have reported this earlier. I just couldn't. Cara was rescued from Columbus Co.Whiteville NC. I still have 4 and when time comes i will call Carolina Pet Cremation. Cole Park has cared for all our pets over the last 25 years. They have been so good to our animals…read moreand to us. Two folks from Cole Park even came to my husband's funeral-I was so touched. I just lost my 16yo terrier, who was all-terrier, all the time. She loved people, did not love other dogs: Cole Park took it all in stride and worked it out. During her last years of life, Namas†é was both deaf and blind and Cole Park continued with wonderful care, affection and kindness. I am so grateful for that. A great veterinary practice.

They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

Unfortunately, the program was a complete disappointment: Zero Proof of Progress: Throughout the entire 5 weeks, Happy Tails never provided video footage of proof that my puppy was going potty or into her crate without stress. No Retention: Upon bringing her home, it was clear fundamental commands were not established, and potty/crate training had to be started almost completely from scratch. Ignored Communication: Since reaching out about these concerns, the company completely refuses to respond to or acknowledge my direct emails--they seemingly only respond when forced to address public Google reviews. Investing over $2,000 and five extra weeks away from a puppy for zero results and non-existent customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and work with a certified local trainer instead.
