I got this number (its now Agape) from the number on my vet's outgoing. I called and someone who is very badly trained called me back. I don't think its his fault. He asked no questions, but when I asked what it would cost and what the procedure was he said $200 and they would pick him up. That was already more than another had said and then it turns out that that's only for pick up, but if I dropped him off that would be $50 and that is over and above the $190 price of cremation, which is already higher. He didn't ask where I was and obviously if he had we could have prevented some of this. I don't know why a Raleigh vet gave their number anyway. I am waiting for a call from the supervisor, but its still Christmas. If he makes sense of what happens I may change this, but if not this is what happened. I was so angry and cried after we got off the phone. But it appears these people are taking advantage of people in cirsis.

I asked if i could please pay for her cremation when i pick up her ashes. I was told no.Not very nicely. I had to wait untill pay day and by that time she was covered in maggots. It was extremely heart breaking. My family is dead and all I have are my dogs.I was so depressed. As much business as i had given them and knowing where i live. NO !!!. Happy her brother passed several months later in the exact spot in the living room. I used them again. Not so nice. Felt like i was at Alchweitz. Cara passed and i called Carolina Pet Cremation. He was extremely nice. Caring and picked up and returned for a lower price than Faithful Friends. Cara's urn is carved rosewood. Much nicer all around. His is in it. Friends said i should have reported this earlier. I just couldn't. Cara was rescued from Columbus Co.Whiteville NC. I still have 4 and when time comes i will call Carolina Pet Cremation. I asked FF for 2 woodgrain plastic urns to replace the cheap ones they used before. Again NO !!!.Bruno and Dina have white boxes. Carolina Pet. Thanks

So I paid for my dog and saw the reviews here and freaked out a bit. It was totally unwarranted…read more Communication with Angel at Happy Tails was great. She was responsive and helpful. They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

My hope was that she would come home with basic obedience, crate routine, and potty training foundation. Unfortunately, the program was a complete disappointment: Zero Proof of Progress: Throughout the entire 5 weeks, Happy Tails never provided video footage of proof that my puppy was going potty or into her crate without stress. No Retention: Upon bringing her home, it was clear fundamental commands were not established, and potty/crate training had to be started almost completely from scratch. Ignored Communication: Since reaching out about these concerns, the company completely refuses to respond to or acknowledge my direct emails--they seemingly only respond when forced to address public Google reviews. Investing over $2,000 and five extra weeks away from a puppy for zero results and non-existent customer service is unacceptable. Save your money and work with a certified local trainer instead.
