Many locals frequent this pub and if you strike up a conversation with one of them you'd be surprised at how friendly and welcoming they are. We pulled up and the lot was packed with cars. We could hear the band playing as we approached. When we opened the door we were greeted by several people. We grabbed a hightop, ordered our drinks and thoroughly enjoyed the band. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive and the prices were fair. Both my wife and I agree that we will go back. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was a perfect way to end the week and celebrate my birthday.

I was told by other people there that she regularly drinks on the job and not to take it personally because she likely had too much to drink that night. Don't know who runs such a terrible place but there needs to be an adult there to watch over the childish employees.

Our waitress was very friendly and accounted for our need to leave in time to get our tickets and still have a relaxing dinner. We arrived at 5:45 and were able to leave about an hour later, in part because we chose menu items that were slightly easier to prepare. We had the Mushroom Swiss Burger, the Double Smash Burger, the Volcano Burger, and Bangers and Mash. All four dishes were great, and the chef followed the doneness orders to perfection. We all chose to drink a glass of Josh Cabernet (offered at $11/glass, not available by the bottle). Given the price of the glass, and the relatively low price of Josh, I was a bit disappointed in the size of the pour, which seemed minimal. However, the wine was good. Each burger was well described on the menu: the mushrooms were crispy and generous, the onion rings on the volcano were ample and delicious, the smash burger came with cole slaw at the diner's request, and the bangers and mash were very good. This is a traditional Irish Pub, and there was a lot that we did not choose (but will in another visit). The bar is quite noisy, and we were somewhat protected by some privacy barriers. (Ok, we come to get W45T3D but whatever.) At this point the bartender knows to expect us and even asked my boyfriend where we were when he arrived an hour before us last week. She said she thinks we're "fun". We ARE the party. Duh. They have everything a bar should have: Cheap beer on tap, hard liquor for shots (Jager bombs anyone?), and a jukebox. That's pretty much all it takes to keep me happy. There are usually a few old townies drinking in the corner when we show up but after we take over the music situation they either pack up and head out or sit back and enjoy the show. We take this place over. And lately we've been bringing more people with us every time -- Because seriously, what else is there to do on a Tuesday night? I've come a couple times on the weekends. It's usually PACKED with "bro's" and college kids. All set. I'll stick to week night drinking :)

They have a a large out door patio that is perfect to knock back a few cold ones under the night's sky or during a nice summer day. They also allow smoking on the patio, if your into that. They have a large parking spot but it's not paved so you have to drive on a dirt and small pebbles. The piece is extremely affordable. The popcorn machine is a cool added benefit. The music box is cool but they people that chose the music suck. It's my go to bar in this area. Not really sure how the re-review works but tonight is was a cool night to come here. They have a live music DJ. Paying good drinks jams and at a volume that is not over baring. They have that sand bag game on the out door patio so that's cool to drink and play with friends. The hot fresh popcorn is a plus. Glad I found this local bar. The parking lot is still not paved and have made zero progress in doing so so that still sucks.

Definitely a surprise to the regular clientele. Look for the roadside sign into their large parking lot. The building is set way back. Signs every where instruct patrons. A large over head sign lets you know to "order here." No waitress service. Belly up to the bar and place food and drink orders with the bartender. A sign at the bar instructs "order, pay, move outta the way!" I just love this. Signs on the tables instruct "Do not drag tables". however, you can pick them up and move them. Just don't drag them. For our crowd, we did have to move a couple tables and chairs. There is a jukebox on one wall and I must say the clientele have excellent musical taste. This is absolutely my kind of bar. We had some fun conversations with locals. The bartender was friendly and efficient. All together an enjoyable visit. Besides soft drinks, bottled beers and a full bar, the food menu is pretty extensive. Apps, sandwiches, salad, entrees. With live music, pool table and darts this is a good neighborhood bar.

Mediocre french onion soup. Average fries and tacos, big portions. Mediocre pizza. Good community vibe, though empties out late. BUT for me, a non-drinker? On visit #2, I noticed soda + 3 refills was $10, $2.50 each refill. Seemed excessive, complicated refills (having to formally consent to more, no top off), doesn't favor designated drivers. Bartender #2 shrugged and said some people order only a soda all day, as if that explains it. Except I usually order an entree or tip generously if only getting a soda, so I am not they. Maybe make a "free refills with entree" or "free refills for designated driver" rule, but not an "others abuse this, so we overcharge you" rule. Or expect I'll take it personally. I'd been trying to decide if I should be a regular. Bartender #2 expended zero energy in trying to convince me I was wrong to think I shouldn't come back. We *did* have a slight hiccup in the beginning when I ordered a Cab and the lady brings back what appears to be a Chardonnay. How in the hell you confuse Cabernet for Chardonnay, I'll never know.
