I LOVE dive bars. The divier the better…read more And this one has become my most recent favorite. For the past few months my sister and I have come here EVERY Tuesday for a little bonding time. (Ok, we come to get W45T3D but whatever.) At this point the bartender knows to expect us and even asked my boyfriend where we were when he arrived an hour before us last week. She said she thinks we're "fun". We ARE the party. Duh. They have everything a bar should have: Cheap beer on tap, hard liquor for shots (Jager bombs anyone?), and a jukebox. That's pretty much all it takes to keep me happy. There are usually a few old townies drinking in the corner when we show up but after we take over the music situation they either pack up and head out or sit back and enjoy the show. We take this place over. And lately we've been bringing more people with us every time -- Because seriously, what else is there to do on a Tuesday night? I've come a couple times on the weekends. It's usually PACKED with "bro's" and college kids. All set. I'll stick to week night drinking :)

They have a a large out door patio that is perfect to knock back a few cold ones under the night's sky or during a nice summer day. They also allow smoking on the patio, if your into that. They have a large parking spot but it's not paved so you have to drive on a dirt and small pebbles. The piece is extremely affordable. The popcorn machine is a cool added benefit. The music box is cool but they people that chose the music suck. It's my go to bar in this area. Not really sure how the re-review works but tonight is was a cool night to come here. They have a live music DJ. Paying good drinks jams and at a volume that is not over baring. They have that sand bag game on the out door patio so that's cool to drink and play with friends. The hot fresh popcorn is a plus. Glad I found this local bar. The parking lot is still not paved and have made zero progress in doing so so that still sucks.

First I get there and wait over 30 min for a drink and have to have someone else get it for me and then she goes on and calls me a bitch and that I talk shit even though it is only my third time going there. It was pretty obvious that she was a bit drunk. I for sure will never be going here again and will let everyone know how terrible the employees are. I was told by other people there that she regularly drinks on the job and not to take it personally because she likely had too much to drink that night. Don't know who runs such a terrible place but there needs to be an adult there to watch over the childish employees.

A place where you can just shoot pool for hours, eat above average bar food, and chill. When we lived in El Paso, Clicks Billiards was that place. We weren't sure we'd ever find a place like that again after moving. Then....we found Maxamillians Billiards. And if first impressions mean anything, I believe we've just discovered our new favorite watering hole. One thing I did not expect a pool hall to serve was brick oven pizza. Right off the bat, that's a bonus star in my book! Oh, for those wondering, the pizza was excellent, btw! Sharing some properties of traditional NY style pizza, I'd certainly give this one a 10 out of 10. The buffalo wings weren't too shabby either. Tangy sauce with just enough kick to be not too spicy. I couldn't find a single thing wrong with these ones; 10 out of 10, would recommend. Now then....when it comes to service, it's surprisingly good. For the most part. We *did* have a slight hiccup in the beginning when I ordered a Cab and the lady brings back what appears to be a Chardonnay. How in the hell you confuse Cabernet for Chardonnay, I'll never know. But I don't hold it against her entirely. Because, believe it or not, this isn't the first place to have done that to me. It's just that I'll never, EVER understand how anyone confuses the two. And I definitely spoke loud enough for her to hear me. Other than that though, service was great. I do wish she had came by a little more often so that I could reorder drinks. But to be honest, it seems as though the servers here are slightly overwhelmed. See, I believe there were maybe 3 attendants for the entire series of pool tables running that evening. You also have to keep in mind this place has a full bar to boot. As in...one you'd expect to see at a regular restaurant. In other words, these servers definitely have their work cut out for them. So naturally, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and exuded a zen-like patience. Plus, she was wicked sweet. So, we gave her a generous tip. Speaking of which, there's also an onsite ATM in the front by the entrance for anyone in need of cash. And a lotto machine to boot. How New England of them. XD For those wondering, this pool hall does have a private parking lot. I know that can be a concern for some when visiting Mass establishments. Though that tends to mostly depend on the city you're visiting. Though wifey and I will always miss Clicks Billiards back in El Paso, Maxamillians Billiards is a more than suitable replacement for us. And I am giving them 5 crispy cheese pizzas baked to perfection in a brick oven out of 5.

I have tried many things on the menu and I always go back for the fish and chips . So tasty. Perfectly cooked with steam coming out with each bite. Fries are hand cut and so good.
