An interior with an abundance of green and an assortment of items from the Emerald Isle might not prompt one to shout "Erin go Bragh!" But it does seem to be a heartfelt, agreeable homage to the old country. I chose the Reuben (side of chips) and added a cup of mushroom soup. Others opted for the hot ham & cheese (x2), BLT (x2) and a bowl of chili. My sandwich on marble rye was excellent. A generous amount of lean, tender, flavorful corned beef with ample kraut and just the right amount of dressing. The homemade chips were a bit bland and half were limp and greasy. To be fair, those that were properly fried to which a dash of salt was added were quite good. The soup was outstanding. Chock-o-block with chewy, earthy mushrooms in a savory broth with a hint of Guinness. I wished I'd ordered a bowl. Everyone else was more than happy with their choices. Prices are much lower than one would pay for food of this quality and quantity in Minneapolis or Chicago. A very solid choice for dining in this neck of the woods.

The cheese curds and onion rings were very good and tasted like they always do, nothing too special, but nonetheless good. The wrap was very interesting. To start it wasn't cut, so it was more like a burrito than a wrap. I cut it myself and there was a very large amount of buffalo sauce in the wrap, it was hard to eat without it getting everywhere. I ended up just eating the chicken in the wrap by itself. The fries were delicious and very crispy. I loved the atmosphere of the bar and the fact that it was so open. I have been coming here for years and they have always served very, very good food! I think the lack of quality food was due to how busy the bar was at the time. Service was very friendly & we signed up for their drawing for a free sandwich. The sandwich was huge - plenty for two of us to share. It was chock full of meats, veggies, and fresh mozzarella.
