I can usually finish a 16 oz milk tea from other boba shops because they're sweet, creamy, and flavorful. With this drink, I couldn't even finish half of the 8 oz cup because it was so bland and watered down. I hate wasting food and drinks, but I ended up throwing it away after drinking only half. I'm honestly confused by all the high ratings. I'm not sure if there's a difference between drinks made for Uber Eats orders and those served in-store, but both of my Uber Eats orders were extremely watered down. The first time I picked it up myself, and the second time it was delivered within about 5 minutes of being made since I live only a couple of minutes away. So I don't think freshness or delivery time had anything to do with my experience.
