They did a very thorough job inspecting both units & cleaning the units outside as well as the unit in the attic. All this work was done a t a fair price. I shopped 3 other Lennox Providers that had very expensive maintenance programs. We did sign up for the twice-a-year service program as well.

They are only $20 so $300 how much was a capacitor how much was a service call still was not given me a real receipt for my payment. Their bids ranged from 3- to 5-ton units for our 2,300-square-foot home, all larger than our existing 2.5-ton system, with widely varying prices. Before making a decision, a friend recommended Hero AC & Heat. Sam and Victor came out, thoroughly evaluated the system, and clearly explained why the house cooled unevenly and how it could be fixed. Their proposal offered the best value by far. They installed a new 5-ton unit in a better location and redesigned the ductwork for balanced airflow. With the Nest thermostat and remote sensors, every area of the house now stays within 1 degree of the main thermostat. Our home has never been this comfortable, and our summer electric bill dropped by about 20%. I can't recommend Hero AC & Heat enough! Outstanding customer service, honest and affordable solutions, and top-quality workmanship.

I contacted hero based on their reviews & I was not disappointed. I was able to schedule an app within the week & Thomas the tech came by & was able to give me an honest opinion on my unit. It was low on coolant & I had a leak up in the attic that thankfully did not travel and damage the house. Since my unit was old they no longer make coolant for it & parts would have been just as much to replace as a brand new unit. So I opted for a new unit, didn't feel any pressure by them & the next day I was happy that they came and installed it in less than 3 hours. The team was amazing & my house has never felt better now that the heat is here. I highly recommend Hero They were so accommodating even helping with my dogs while I was at work. The technician showed up got on my roof check the few things on my air conditioner didn't check the coils or the compressor told me that my air conditioner was fine just that it's old even though I told him that it wasn't cooling down the house and it was continuously running . He said that's normal for old air conditioner took his service fee and left. Called another company out of Casa Grande, they came out and fix the problem in 35 minutes told me it was the compressor. This company is reliable to show up on time that's about it.

However, we were unable to call anyone till mid afternoon on the 20th due to previous commitments. To our amazement, Juan was able to come very quickly, diagnose the problem, give us the bad news as to what needed fixed, along with an estimate of the cost to fix it. When we asked how long we would have to wait to have it fixed, assuming parts would need to be ordered, etc., imagine our joy when he told us he could fix it right now! 8/30/2022 Terrible…read moremanagement. Isaac was completely unresponsive from the start. Isaac was disinterested when he came to our house and acted as if we were putting him out by getting a quote. I had to follow up with him several times just to get scheduled. They started on a Thursday and couldn't complete until the following Monday which we were made aware of. They did not properly hook our existing system back up on Thursday and did not have any AC Thursday night. We had to call Friday to have a tech come back out just to have AC for the weekend. During the install on Monday, a tech fell through the ceiling. Understood that accidents happen, but Isaac didn't care at all when I reported it to him. I called the office and spoke with Jonathan. He didn't care and said Isaac is a manager and will take care of it. I then talked to Joe (claimed to be the owner). Extremely rude and also didn't care about the situation. They left the hole open for 4 hours which allowed blowing dust, debris, insulation and 100 degree heat to constantly blow in. We had to throw away multiple items due to damage and had to clean the entire house that night. Also had very shoddy installation. Most of the registers are cut in crooked and other than 2 techs, their labor force was unskilled and provided terrible workmanship.
