I had a fairly annoying request when I reached out to Ovation AV; I had an existing TV that I wanted removed, have that TV placed into the box for the NEW TV, move the mount position on the new TV so it hangs lower, and hang up the new TV on the existing mount. They were able to come out within 2 days of me making the request for quotes on Yelp. Matt and Joe were both super friendly when they came in, offered to wear the booties that keep the house clean (which I declined), and got right to work. The entire process took a little over an hour. The old TV didn't quite fit in the styrofoam from the new TV's box, so the two of them spent some time cutting it down to size! On top of that, they ensured they vacuumed up the little pieces that inevitably get created when you touch styrofoam. On top of all that work, they came in at a super reasonable price for two people doing over an hour of work.

With my installation, I received two smart devices (door lock and doorbell camera) and four door sensors along with my control panel at no additional cost to me. I needed a roof mounted antenna to get local HD channels for use with Plex TV (and an HDHomerun…read moretuner). I tried a couple different indoor antennas, but had poor reception (especially ABC). Nahem gave us a fair quote, and did a great job with the installation. Lots of communication during the process (different possibilities for where to mount the cable, where to run it into the house, etc.) The antenna is well mounted to the chimney, and the cable is neatly and tightly mounted under the eaves, and the point where it goes into the house is fully weather sealed. Nahem was able to dial in the positioning so that all stations have a strong signal (even ABC, which is notoriously difficult). I highly recommend Nahem/OTA Communications.

Research showed that our area of Sacramento (North Natomas) is capable of delivering a high number for channels through antenna with good quality signal and picture. Given this info, I then did some more research on what the best antenna for our needs would be, and how we could set ourselves up to record shows broadcast over air. After figuring out the antenna I wanted (Clearstream 2V) and the equipment we needed for recording shows (Tablo 4th Gen 4-Tuner), I then reached out to Nahem at OTA Communications to have everything installed. I am so glad I did! Nahem is the consummate professional- he came out as scheduled, explained exactly how the individual equipment would work, what he needed to do install everything, answered every question I had, and did an excellent job setting everything up. We now have 88 clear and crisp over-air channels (along with an additional 103 provided by the Tablo 4) and a dedicated resource (Naheem) who I feel I can call at any time with further questions or concerns. Premium level customer service, just a great guy who takes immense pride in his work. And now we've knocked 160.00 a month off our cable bill. Thanks Nahem!

I had called ahead weeks prior, he did not have a blank for something this old. I searched high and low and found some out of Switzerland, bought a few extra and gave him a few too. By only using a very small stamped # on the Toyota lock, he was able to cut the key by using a library he has. He cut it right the first time, and it worked like butter, I was SOOO impressed. Recently with my boy needing some house keys, I patiently waited for him, knowing he closed at 5 on a Friday, I couldn't make it. I went back on Saturday morning, he was closed, the "hours of operation" sign was blank on Saturdays and closed on Sunday. No biggie, figured that was on purpose to allow for a day off on occasion. Yes, I could have went to a big box store, but I wanted keys that worked. I couldn't make it to his place again on Monday. Came in on Tuesday 30min before close, got my keys cut, had some color sleeves to identify the keys for sale which was great. Keys ended up working like BUTTA as always. He's worth the wait, and that's why I held out for him. I've used John and his wife for 25yrs since I moved to West Sac, every key, whether it's automotive, or anything else, has worked like Butta!
