I been trying to stay positive with this company as it's been over 8 months they did my install . I still owe them some money and have spoken with Jerry several times about my need of them to organize the pictures on my monitor and clean up the spegetti factory of wiring they left at 2 of the 3 homes they wired and the several times they had to come back for the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing over there. I received a call from their office manager about 2 months ago for the final payment and told her my problem, she advised jerry and jerry called me and i sent him photos of how my screen needed to show pictures for they had no organization to the lay out. He said he called steve and steve called me and I called him back n still awaiting his call months later. the office manager left me a message thursday saying if they didn't get paid they would turn me into collections and turn my cameras off. today is saturday and they cut my service but don't realize they opened their self up to major liability.... I called Jerry and jerry told me he was cooking and hung up on me... look at some of the other reviews and see how their leadership guides the company.... LOL Buyer Beware!!!! read more

After a couple DIY attempts in hanging our new TV it was a hard bust. My husband then browsed on Yelp for a good company that specializes in installing home entertaining systems. It was so easy scheduling our in-home appointment. Tony and his assistant were amazing and very efficient. They were able to complete the job in less than 3 hours. I'm so happy that the wall mount and tv look flawless and that they were able to set everything up as we had planned. One Touch Media is the media firm of choice by the builder of my new home and is contracted to provide the much touted "white glove service, and I must say, deservedly so. After more than 7 service calls over the past 8 months, they have been trying to get our new media center working. They first blamed Xfinity and then had the Sony receiver repaired. Had One Touch at our home to install surround sound and a larger TV. It looks and sounds great! They also installed cameras and a few light switches for us and we can now control it all on our TV instead of having a bunch of remotes cluttering up the place. It's awesome! The installers were great and even after the install, they were able to remotely make a couple of changes that we wanted with the lighting schedule without a visit. There's a lot more we want to add to the system so we'll definitely be having them back soon for some additions. Highly recommend them! read more

I can't stress to you enough, don't do business with this company. They are a totally into taking advantage of you. The quality of workmanship is extremely poor, and they left a mess on the install. Wire scraps and insulation that fell from the attic was scattered through the house as they walked around, and they didn't clean up. I never saw them with a vacuum. The placement of ceiling speakers was obviously done by an inexperienced person. They had to move numerous speakers more than once, causing the builder to come back and patch holes in the ceiling. One kitchen speaker was placed halfway under the ceiling high cabinets. No one bothered to look at the blue prints when installing. That is the one they had to move twice, they screwed it up twice! Rich's response to my showing him that the surround speakers in the great room were actually on top of me speakers, while he was out at the house on another issue, he had the nerve to say "oh yeah, those are perfect placement for the mid range speakers. Let's put in some rear speakers further back". I asked him how much and he told me only $1000.00. I called the builder and they made him come out and move them at his expense. I don't want them back in my house, so I am leaving the off center and too close to the bookcase ceiling speakers in the office alone for now (again, no one looked at the blue prints to see the built in wall unit). I will deal with that later. One of the patio speakers was put up with a 3" screw that didn't go into anything but stucco. It fell off, and when I informed Rich, he laughed it off. I re-installed it with anchors, the way it should have been done from the beginning. Do not get an alarm from them. They set them with a 45 second delay of an alarm signal transmission! What's the point! We found this out only after a false alarm occurred at 3:30 in the morning. I let it ring for a long time as I checked the house, and no one ever called to see if we were okay. We pay a monthly monitoring fee for nothing. I am cancelling that service! I am taking out the alarm they put in and installing a different one. I am a retired alarm technician / low voltage contractor and know what I'm talking about. This place should advertise at Disneyland, after all they are a Mickey Mouse business. read more

I had a good experience with One Touch. They just finished up an addition to my system. There was a bit of difficulty on the first visit with a couple of my devices, but they figured out the issues and ordered parts. They also a way to add my really old record player on the second and didn't charge me anything on top for that extra time. I think they did fine and I am pondering future additions to my home through them. read more

Recently we had a problem with our home alarm system that One Touch had installed. My husband was out of town and I was about to leave the next day. I called the company, and they had Rich call me shortly. It was already well past 5:00 but he stopped at my house on his way home and resolved the problem.
