Frustrating experience and not acceptable to be charged twice for the same issue.

I was left completely abandoned by this office and i had to call around and research all by myself using doctor google to figure out next steps for a very scary issue that will most likely result in infertility which is a very touchy subject that i deserved my doctor to speak with me about!!! after speaking with penn medicine, they told me i may need a hysterectomy. would have been nice to talk to my doctor who ordered these tests about all this and not left to fester in anxiety about what to do next. it would have been nice for me to not have to spend hours on google looking for a specialist on my own. completely despicable. they don't care about you literally at all at this office. do not go there. if i could give it zero stars i would.
