My wife and I moved to Camarillo a year ago. We connected with Dr Wuesthoff and instantly hit it off. I called to set up an appointment and I loved how painless the process to get started. They even mailed me a packet a week before my appointment. In the packet was a thorough history and info about the practice. It also contained all the necessary paperwork that I could fill out at my convenience. When I arrived for my cleaning, the staff is welcoming and you can tell they all love their job and had good team chemistry. (Not sure that matters for you, but it makes the experience more enjoyable). After checking in, Dr Wuesthoff held a 10 min meeting with me to talk abut my dental history. He was thorough and wanted to understand everything before we just jumped in. Laura did my cleaning...she was gentle and informative. Made the whole process fly by. Coming from someone who hates the dentist, this practice actually made it tolerable...if not enjoyable. And that's saying a LOT! read more

This was my first time at this dentist office. I hate looking for a new dentist, but I was easily impressed by the office, staff, and Dr. Wuesthoff himself. He first did a consultation with me prior to my regular cleaning. He is very nice and easy to talk to. The staff was very friendly. The office was well kept - very clean. They have very cutting edge technology at this dentist office. The one downfall would have to be the dental hygenist that worked on me. Unfortunately, I will not be requesting Wendy as the hygenist for me. She talked to me as if I was in elementary school - ("Plaque is when there is a party in your mouth - and we can't have that, can we?"). And when she was cleaning my teeth, her belly was basically resting on my head. Ewwww ... nope, we can't have that, can we??? read more

All my co-workers come here. I couldn't ask for better staff, extrememly friendly and helpful. I never have to wait too long, granted any place you go to, waiting is going ot happy. My teeth are always clean, they are always honest about what needs to be done. I get texted and e-mailed with confirmation of my appointment, no excuses for not remembering. And though I mentioned the staff before, but they really are very nice, easy to talk to. I love my dental hygenist! She is fantastic! Parking is easy, they have later appointments (after 5) which is fantastic if I can't always get off work early. The office is very clean and has a sophisticated look. I knew that I had a couple of cavities that needed attention. My business moved from Woodland Hills to Thousand Oaks a few years ago and since then I have had to make many personal vendor changes (including a Dentist) because of it. Don't get me wrong; I enjoyed working in Woodland Hills, but I'm tired of driving 25 miles to get down there. Its time to find a Dentist locally. I called a few friends, spoke with some Chamber buddies and my neighbors, and discovered that everyone was going to a different Dentist. I cannot believe that I turned to Yelp last, but that's what happened. I log on and started reading reviews and checking out websites. After reading about the top reviewed Dentists in my area I choose Dr. Wuesthoff. I sent his office an email over the weekend requesting an appointment. They called me yesterday, and made an appointment for me to see Dr. Wuesthoff this morning. Right away I felt that I had made the right choice. The front desk personnel were professional and prepared. Dr Wuesthoff was fantastic. After X-ray's and photos he explained the work that I needed and the work that was elective. He wrote up a treatment plan to take care of the cavities and a couple of messed up crowns that I have. I have an appointment to have the cavities filled in a few weeks. I can't say enough about my experiance here. I live in Los Angeles and have been unhappy with my local dentist. After the chip she fixed broke I was told to go to Dr. Lundy by a friend who now lives in the area. I was so desperate to get the chipped tooth fixed I just made an appointment and thought i would suck up the long drive and get my chip fixed and then find someone in town down the road. Unfortunately for the milage on my car Dr. Lundy provided the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. So he's for sure my new dentist. Well worth the drive, even if my car doesn't think so. Dr. Lundy talked me though the whole thing as he did it, I never felt like I was being glad-handed or rushed when he explained what we were going to do. You can tell he really loves what he does and takes pride in his work. I'm going to post a pic of the fixed chip because the tooth looks so perfectly natural you won't even be able to tell what tooth he fixed. No one can guess. I was so worried I'd end up with one big perfect tooth that looked cartoonish. He used two different colors of enamil to replicate exactaly what my natural teeth look like. He also really made sure to match my bite when he was shaving down the tooth. I've had other dentists really mess that up. I should also say that the hygienist I went to cleaned my teeth so well they looked like they had been whitened. I wish I could remember her name!!! She was also amazing. read more

I've been going to Dr. Wuesthoff for several years after a less than stellar experience at another dentist here locally. I was referred by an acquaintance who said the whole staff is great and its really true. The front desk, the hygienists, the dental techs, and Dr. Tom are all great. Super friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. My whole family goes including my young kids and my elderly parents. Everyone likes it there. At my last dentist, they were always finding a filling that needed to be replaced and I concluded they were padding the revenue. Not so with these guys. Also, the facilities are nice and modern. I really had a great experience with Dr. Lundy. This was the first time I was able to get a new crown in one sitting. They have the most advanced equipment I have ever seen. The only bummer is I have moved to Dallas and I have not found a dentist to match the quality service of Dr. Lundy. I plan to schedule another procedure when I visit CA in a few months. I love this dental office. Dr. Wuesthoff is an exceptional and excellent dentist. I've never had a bad experience and I've been going to the office for over 20 years. I have referred most of my coworkers to this office and they have all remained loyal patients. Over the years Dr. Wuesthoff has been very responsive whenever I had an emergency after hours. I've known Dr. Wuesthoff since he started, back in Costa Mesa. Saw him for years. Unfortunately, his lack of knowledge cost me almost all my teeth! They were cracking and falling out and dr. W couldn't explain why! This went on for years until the dental surgeon removing all these ruined teeth, Dr. Bennion, told me to find another dentist and recommend Dr. Elson, who I saw until he retired and he never lost a tooth on his watch but by then I had very few left. I had dry mouth. That's why my teeth were brittle. Dr. W didn't know anything about this! There's no excuse! Other dentists are very familiar with it. Dr. Elson put me on the path to dental health but waaaaay too late for almost all my teeth thanks to Dr. W's limited knowledge & experience. I hope he's improved for everyone else's sake. read more

What a great experience! Everyone at the office is very friendly, and treated all of my concerns with respect and confidence. Dr Lundy and Dr Wuesthoff are both very nice, and so relaxed! Not like my previous office where they had no time to talk to you. This is not a factory for teeth!
