I have a Citizen watch that I am really attached to, I have had it over twenty years, and it ALWAYS kept time perfectly. But just prior to Christmas, this was no longer the case. I really thought I would need to purchase a new watch, and of course it would be another Citizen. But quite frankly, looking at the new designs online, I really like mine better. Citizen Watch recommended Clifton Jewelers (as did my son who is a fairly regular customer). Now I wholly expected to be told my watch needed to be replaced.
