I should have confirmed he was going to be there when I came back as the person I worked with now wanted to charge me more. Got price reduced but not as much as original. Still a good price and I bought it but felt like a bait and switch which I hate. They have a large selection of watches from the major brands especially those owned by Citizen. read more

I have a Citizen watch that I am really attached to, I have had it over twenty years, and it ALWAYS kept time perfectly. But just prior to Christmas, this was no longer the case. I really thought I would need to purchase a new watch, and of course it would be another Citizen. But quite frankly, looking at the new designs online, I really like mine better. Citizen Watch recommended Clifton Jewelers (as did my son who is a fairly regular customer). Now I wholly expected to be told my watch needed to be replaced. However, the staff at Clifton Jewelers were confident once the Eco-capacitor was replaced (the apparatus that takes in light to power the watch) my Citizen would be as good as new! I occasionally sell pieces of jewelry that were left to me by a few late relatives. He has taken care of me with many fair offers and is always courteous and respectful. I often sell estate gold and diamonds and I am always given a very generous offer when selling merchandise. This store has been my number one selection because of Mr Mike for years. I had a watch repaired, and they were so thorough about explaining exactly what needed to be done, and why, and offered a fair price to do so. It's been eight or nine months now since I had it fixed and I wear it every day with no problems whatsoever. They also have a really nice selection of high-end watches, some new and some preowned, and their inventory is always changing. If I could give zero stars I would. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! They never give you what you ask for. Also they never call you to tell you when the jewelry is ready for pick up, so you better remember to call them. Ridiculous. I purchased a GOLD chain for a lot of money from here and asked for a reinforced clasp. Never got it. Later my chain broke. Asked AGAIN for a reinforced clasp and still never got it. Had my Tag Heuer serviced here and they made replacements with inferior parts and even had to be serviced immediately after because the chronograph hand wasn't aligned - I guess nobody does quality checks.
