After not hearing from them for 5 days , My Sister called where they told her that our Mom had been cremated due to rapid decomposition. She was only 70 pounds if that.The only way that could have happened is that she was not refrigerated . I Cursed that Man for everything I could think of. They portray that they care but in reality all they care about is the money however cheap it appears to be . You could be receiving more than your loved one back . How would you know if you don't witness it. And legally you can. After the fact this piece of crap said to me, " There was no set plan". This mongrel told our Family where my Mom still lay deceased that I definately could do what I asked. If possible I will do a green burial from now on .

They were dressed in suits and were very so soft-spoken and professional. They explained the process simply and asked several times if I needed a few minutes. They were also very respectful in absolutely everything that they did. The next morning I spoke with their office to finalize the arrangements. It could not have been easier, and again, such respect all the way through the process. While I hope that you don't have a need to use them, if you do, this is the place to go.
