I had some work done and was very please. One morning I came out to my car and I had an issue, so I called Dennis. He said I'll be over shortly. Mind you I live in Delray Beach and his shop is in Pompano. This young man closed down his shop and brought his employee and some tools to help me out. He told me to fix the car he had to take is back to the shop, I said ok. This all happened on a Friday and by Saturday the car was fixed and he drove it back to me. This shop and Dennis are a breath of fresh air. Not only was he pleasant to work with, they are honest, the cost was reasonable, Dennis was extremely professional, and their customer service is by far the best I have ever seen! I…read morecalled a few days before bringing my wife's car into this shop for a rough estimate, I was told around $600 to change the front brake rotors and pads. Once I dropped off the car, I was later called and given a price of $887.43. I asked for them to email the invoice which they did. They tried to charge 317.86 for 2 rotors. After looking up the part numbers I realized how ridiculous this price was. I called two other auto shops near this shop and was given a out the door price of $520. Of course I told them I was just going to pick up my car and not pay $887.43. They charged me $75 to get my keys because they did a brake check (on the invoice, it is free)

Everytime we go there and I'm sure everyone else that's used his service has seen, that he tells you one thing and then your now coming out with a higher bill then was told before. I came in for a problem with my truck and paid 1k for something he "thought" , it still had the same problem and he was already paid, I was told he'd take care of it and handle it. But he did not care , he figured since he was paid already it's not his problem apparently! I kept repeating in text to him I want my moneys worth, I came for a problem and still have it going on , it's YOUR JOB the profession YOU chose, I then went to go pickup my car and he told me he doesn't like being talked that way and to get in my car and go and he never wants to see me again. I found it funny a grown man chose to let his emotions get the best of him. I've always found it skeptical yet I kept coming here because my family uses this guy all the time. the first time I brought it back and my car still having the same problem, he did a oil change because he said the oil was very dirty and disgusting which it could've been, and said that it could be the issue of power outage, he told me he'll do another oil change after and see how it is. Today is the day I brought it back, as you see in the message he said he'd do the oil and I get back and check it and my oil is empty now. So is my gas, This guy is a joke. My mom even had her car there for 3 weeks! And the whole time he's been "waiting" on parts he went ahead and told her it was the pump for hers yet her car is still having the same issues even after replacing what he said it was. So as mine. I brought it there the first time working driving and next thing you know it wasn't driving @ all and he told me I needed to get that changed. Never even got the original problem I was there for fixed .. it amazes me how people like this are still around. Then again all mechanics are most likely not even trusted and this guy is one definitely one of them. I will be suing if any changes to my car is noticed. Do not, I repeat do not bring your rims here to get mounted…read more First of all I brought my rims and own tires in to get mount and balanced. Simple task right? Well I brought the tires and rims and left them in the car bays like the front desk person told me to. I had to run errands so they told me about 1-2 hours. 2 hours pass and I call to check and see if my wheels were done and I was told that they couldn't find my tires? I explained that the tires are there in the car bay. So basically nothing was done in those two hours and no one called me. In the end my wheels were finally done and when I picked my wheels up there's gouges on the inside of the rims and was told that the machine they had had to grip the rims from the inside since they were too big. If this was going to cause damage then either explain the risks or don't do it. Damaged all four rims on the inside barrel but what can I do. I wasn't offered compensation for the damages. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your wheels here.
