Ronnie and John worked their tails off to find me these vital parts for my vehicle, calling multiple suppliers throughout the USA, and did not stop until they were able to find and install this part, which in turn prevented me from having to purchase a new vehicle. Throughout the process, Ronnie checked in with my frequently to let me know where things stood, and kept me notified of any changes/costs etc. that were ongoing. Literally ANY other Auto Service Provider would've given up and told me I was out of luck and to find the parts on my own, but not Olympic Auto. If you are looking for a place that won't give you the run around and will keep your car running at a high level until the very end, look no further. This is the BEST Auto Service Provider in the greater Baltimore-Washington area, I challenge anyone to debunk this statement. You get a complimentary wash with service and just bringing it in. I like the video review of the mechanic going over your vehicle and pointing out issues or potential repairs or issues to watch. I was able to pay online. As with many dealership service centers the cost is inflated. I needed a rear window washer blade for $20 (purchased from parts) but was quoted $106 for one. I was quoted a dust filter for $236 and paid $36 (purchased at the dealership parts). They sent other quotes that were declined all totally $4k. Just do a little research prior to going to the dealership. Oh the service drive thru will install wiper blades as a courtesy. I saved $180 just purchasing the parts and installing.

They sent out a tow truck to get my car and handled everything with my insurance company. I can't really comment on cost since I don't know much about the price of collision repairs but everything was within what insurance expected to pay. The repair took a few days longer than expected but was understandable since COVID has been slowing down the delivery of parts. As far as I can tell the quality of the repair work was good. We'll see how it holds up long-term but so far it feels just like it did before the accident. Visually the car looks good as well, in fact the exterior is in better shape than before it was hit.
