I wish I could say the experience was different with Jason but it wasn't. He said he had availability and would bid for the job. That was October 31. The entire week he said he would get out there, then apologized said he would the next day. Then he said he would get out there this weekend and then finally, no more communication from Jason. Thanks for wasting a full week of my time when I'm desperately trying to get this thing finished ASAP. I could have been trying to find handyman who wouldn't waste my time instead of not knowing how to say they were too busy for the job. I'm very disappointed and would recommend someone else if you need the job done quickly. He's nice but not very responsive to your needs.

To paint these items which took 3 persons 1 1/2 hrs to paint the first coat and 2 persons 1 1/2 hours to paint the second coat for a total of 3 hrs. he charged me $875.00 No contracts, just word of mouth Alec says it is long tedious work and takes a long time. Stupid 81 year old me trusts him and when it was done in 3 hrs. I asked what I owed him and he says what we agreed upon, $875.00 I bought the paint. I feel I was taken advantage of being a widowed 81 year old woman. Was going to have him landscape the yard, but told him to forget it.

I hired them to knock the popcorn off the ceilings in a new condo. They did that at a reasonable price, and pretty much threw in removal of some cabinets that seriously needed to go - and repainted/retextured the ceiling for free. Cliff runs the operation; he's a totally accessible and friendly guy - he's just a little (and he admits it) flaky from time to time. He gives you an estimate of when he'll start and finish and just kind of calls to say... okay... now! So you have to be ready to meet him whenever he calls. The crew also left without cleaning up the first time, but Cliff was happy to bring them back to finish the job (which, quite frankly, shocked me since I had already paid). Now, the place is a-sparklin', and looks great (and popcorn free!). So... if you want a reasonably priced option for a local business that does a good job, give him a call. Just be prepared to deal with mild scheduling hiccups and the potential that you might have to ask them to come back again to clean up for real.
