We were told a technician would be arriving to fix our plumbing issues between 8 to 10:30 am this morning. Guess what? No one showed up and there was no updates--unprofessional. I still gave them a chance by calling them to ask if they were still coming and waiting. At about 2 pm today a technician did arrive and then he said he'd have to go buy supplies--which is weird because why wasn't there shared notes between technicians regarding what was needed for the job--highly inefficient. So the technician left to the store after never actually working on our issue and never came back. We then got a call saying that they'd need to reschedule to Monday or Tuesday because the technician wasn't prepared. This doesn't work for us and we already communicated to the previous technician that Monday/Tuesday didn't work for us because we work full time. And regardless at this point, this business has proved itself to be inefficient and unreliable. I called the business to communicate again that Monday/Tuesday didn't work. I was told that I'd get called by a supervisor and they'd try to get someone out today. That was hours ago and there has been no communication since. Seems like the supervisors must not have a stand up character. The least they could do is call and apologize for the inconvenience. So in summary, Roto-Rooter is unprofessional and unreliable. Re routed the plumbing off the main water line to the house over to the landscape irrigation…read moremanifold. This bypassed the water softener that was reducing the pressure and the lawn sprinklers did not fully pop up. Made for a bad watering pattern and part of the lawn was browning. This fix the landscape watering problem. A short time later I had them return to reroute water supply lines as I was remodeling the main house bathroom. Good job! They also installed a bathroom exhaust fan and rerouted an attic water line so the fan could be installed. A new tub/shower valve was installed as was a new tub. Yay no more fiberglass.
