My fiancé came here on a Thursday with an appointment around 5pm To start off. This location is in midtown. There is Plenty of parking in front of the store if you get lucky. Or there is 2 parking lot's available as well that you pay via the ParkMobile app or scan the QR code. Upon entering the store. Very elegant, clean and classy! We were greeted right away by Nikki! She was absolutely wonderful. She gave us her professional thoughts and opinions and definitely made us feel so welcome and comfortable We also got to get in the mix was Marcus! He was a gem as well. Cheap low quality suits trying to be sold at premium prices. Very thin material and cheap stitching, these may actually be worse than straight off the rack at macys or Nordstrom. The people working there were nice though but they have very limited options to help you with. Twice now I've been to this location, received excellent customer services, and walked out feeling like I got the best fit for myself, and our 13 year old. Jose is always attentive, personable, and informative, put up with my waffling, and never rushed me to a decision on the (many) different fits I insisted on trying before finally arriving at what felt best for me, and my personal style; such as it is. The stores location is small but adequate, and they had nearly everything in stock that I wanted to try, or at least an equivalent that lent itself to acquiring the appropriate size for my frame. They even go so far as to set you up with an account, with your sizing and selections, so that you can simply jump online in the future and know that what you're going to order will fit (assuming your body hasn't drastically changed in the interim). I only wish they had shoes and a few other accessories on offer, so that I could truly do one-stop shopping! Everything arrived on time, and in great condition. Look, I don't enjoy shopping. I just want clothes that look good and fit me. So I've been coming to Bonobos for a couple years now and can say their clothing is timeless, durable, and the customizations in the fit make them my go to threads fresh out of the wash or when I wanna look great and feel fantastic. The key is the personal service. At this location I've worked with Nikki, Becca, and Jonah and they're all a delight. I explain my no-frills style and they offer suggestions and guidance. I don't feel "sold" here, just nudged. When my clothes come I have them delivered to the store so I can return them if they aren't the right fit (which basically never happens) and to see if anything else new came in. Bonobos sports both a great location in the Ice Blocks and a great selection of really quality clothing. If it weren't for some really high prices, I'd probably shop here more often. I usually pop in when I'm shopping in the area with a curiosity about what are the latest items on their shelves. They have a great selection of tasteful clothes for both men and women. Anything you buy off these racks will look good in your modern office setting or on a classy date. The downside is that this is a high end store with high end prices. You are paying for the brand name, which tacks on a hefty percentage to any price. My suggestion would be to come here on occasion and buy one or two special pieces for you or a loved one vs. shopping here on a regular basis. That will really break the bank. read more

I recently stopped by here on a Wednesday at noon and I must say that my experience everything I'd hoped for and more. I came here without an appointment, but Becca immediately started offering her assistance as soon as I got there. She educated me on different versions of their shirts & pants and also brought me variations of fits to try on until I found the right one. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, but the products sold themselves. NOTE: This is just a guideshop. They have different styles and fits to try on, but you'll have to order it. I was able to order my items in store, and I would get it in around 5 days. Also, at the time of this post, if you're a first time customer, they're offering 15% off your first order, so check their website before buying! Highly recommend coming here. The clothes in the shop are not for sale, but are for you to try on and they fit them to fit you perfectly and tailored to your body. I think that is a really nice concept. Absolutely terrible customer service. It was so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy to send an corporate email and write this review. After finding a shirt to purchase we had to wait on a price check for 10 minutes and then was told they could not find the price of the shirt... There was no sense of urgency to help find the price or another shirt, our presence was just not wanted. I hate to pull the race card but that was the only difference between us and the other customers being of color. We were ready to purchase and become regular customers, but this experience left a terrible impression on how they run their business. read more

Really glad to have this addition to the Ice Blocks where this brand has some very high quality apparel for almost every occasion. I first came in for a good looking striped sweater that was on a mannequin where I couldn't decide which color looked best so I bought the two remaining. Two weeks later, I came in for some shorts and walked out with polos and chinos to boot. I was bc of the help of Nikki who took the time to hear where I felt like my wardrobe and fits were lacking and where some of her store's different looks would fit my needs. That's the kind of efficiency and advice I need just because I don't have time to research all the different styles, materials and cuts. Because of her knowledge of the different styles/cuts, she was able to offer great advice that said that we didn't need to try on 100 different outfits. And even though I was there for "just shorts," she heard that I may need an uplift in my pants and refreshing colors for my polos and that's what we did. The rest of the team was great where two other male advisors helped me feel more comfortable with the fact that I was investing in high quality customized fits that was made for my body type. I really struggle with how many stars to give. I want to give Roman 5 "gold stars" because he truly saved the day and made my experience with Bonobos worthwhile. All of my "issues" are with corporate and the unique manner in which they apparently do business. I first went to the store in late July to look for a tuxedo for an upcoming wedding. Roman greeted me and was extremely professional and could relate from the start. After reviewing what the store had to offer I didn't like my options but he informed me that they would be getting new stock in mid-August and would contact me if they had new options. Sure enough I got a call from Roman as promised and went back to find a tuxedo that I did like. (An aside: apparently Bonobos has a new business model whereby the options in the store are really just for sizing but when the order is placed you need to order it on-line and it gets shipped. Although they don't carry every size for every piece the sizes are supposed to be consistent between the different pieces.) Given that the wedding wasn't for 2 weeks Roman assured me we would overnight the shipping and no big deal. Sure enough I got the call the next day or so and went in to try on the tuxedo that had arrived. When I tried it on it didn't fit! I didn't recall having a binge between my original sizing and the delivery so apparently the sizes aren't consistent between the different clothes. I got nervous because my 40s, that still fit well in the other models was too small in the tuxedo. The manager (who was also very helpful) acknowledged they had a sizing issue recently as well. In any event we decided to order up a size to a 40r. In an abundance of caution (since we were now throwing darts at a board regarding sizing and the wedding date is only getting closer) I suggested ordering another size up (42s) as well just to be "safe." The problem - apparently to order another size I had to purchase the additional jacket because we were "exchanging" the 40s for the 40r. I understand bonobos apparently has a generous return policy but I resent the fact that I have to fork out an additional $700 to "float" them just so I can ensure that I have an additional option in the event the 40r doesn't fit. Whatever. To make a long story longer, I now have two jackets and another pair of pants on the way and guess what? The order somehow gets caught up in shipping and exchange hell. Who knows what happened? After venting my frustration and concern that my tuxedo wouldn't arrive (mind you I don't even know that I would now have enough time to rent one) Roman said he would fix it. My guess is the entire process took 10 days. My jacket and pants finally arrived with 4 days to spare (don't forget I still have to get everything tailored). Assuming everything turns out okay with the tailor (and that I get the refund on the additional jacket and pants as expected) it all turned out fine, but geese!!!! Thank you Roman for all the help! Wow! What a great shopping experience. You can schedule a 1 hr appointment with a personal shopper. They take you through all their sizing and have you try on samples of everything. They are super happy to get you going with suggestions. From there they take you through all their possible inventory and order it for you with free 2 day shipping. I've recently put on a little weight and I'm on the shorter side. Shopping at big box stores has become a chore. Tried the Nordstrom trunk club online and nothing that was sent to me fit. Decided to try this. What were the highlights of their products? 1. They offer 28 inch inseams in pants 2. They offer shorts with a more narrow leg opening for us chicken legged folks 3. They offer long sleeve shirts with a shorter alarm length so the cuff isn't around your hand even though it's an extra large. 4. Their shirts come in shorter lengths so it doesn't look like you are wearing a dress when untucked. They are a little on the pricey side but still cheaper than Nordstrom and you don't have to get anything tailored. If you decide to go in, ask for Cat. She is amazing and actually makes shopping kinda fun. Never thought I would say that. read more

I shop here for 2 primary reasons: 1) Because of my build I have to get most of my clothing tailored which adds up quickly!! Because of the various cuts Bonobos carries, I'm always able to find something that fits me very well and avoid those costly tailoring fees and wait time. 2) Having a style guide there (Jet is awesome!) helps me get out of my comfort zone and try on and purchase things I normally wouldn't buy for myself if I walked into a regular store. Every time I go out wearing something I picked up at Bonobos I always get complimented on my style.
