I was in the area and desperately needed my eyebrows done so I stopped by. The shop was on a quiet street, with pay-to-park our front, and clean on the inside. I waited just a few min for the girl in front of me who was already on the chair, and then I was next. The threading was quick and painless. My eyebrows haven't looked this good in almost a year!! I am not exaggerating - I am very picky with my shape. Prices are comparable with other salons but the quality of the service is much higher. I don't live in the area, but I'm close enough to come back every time. read more

Attempted to let my eyebrows grow back fuller as I looked for a new location and found this place off Groupon. My eyebrows look great just wish the tinting could have filled in the spots where the ends started to thin a little. However the owner did recommend a natural remedy to fix my problem. read more

I finally found a threading salon in Chicago that is on the same level as my old New York salon. The mini massage at the end was excellent. The chairs have to be one of the most comfortable chairs to sit on while your hair is being removed. I will be a regular customer for sure. read more

Just got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and it was a great experience! As soon as they moved in I started growing my eyebrows out and have been waiting for them to be ready and today I went it was worth the wait! Clean, professional, friendly and very good and quick at doing the threading. I've been here plenty of times and I've always had a wonderful experience. I guess there's a first time for everything because I'll never visit this establishment EVER again. I came in for a Brazilian wax and brow tinting with threading. I was unable to get a full Brazilian (r/t the lady not feeling comfortable doing it) so we decided on a French bikini. The waxer did a haphazard job. I had wax left all over me and there were areas around the bikini line that need to be waxed better. So technically I didn't get a full French bikini wax either. As I go to pay, I showed her the current coupons they have on their site for the wax and threading. First I was told "they no longer offer the coupons, it was just for when they opened in 2017". Which was a lie because every time I come in I use the coupons. Then I was told "oh we only honor 1 coupon" which is a lie because I use both coupons every time I come in. So they expected me to pay $35 for waxing when I didn't get a full wax. The cost of the threading and tinting is fine because she did a really good job with that. But if you're going to employ workers and give the pretense of them being skilled in doing certain jobs, they should feel comfortable and do their job properly. Now I have to go elsewhere to get a proper wax. The owner needs to do a better job training. Also needs to take the coupons down if they're no longer honored or specify that only 1 coupon can be used. I will never be back here. I see why people opt on going to the waxing studios downtown. read more

First time going but definitely will come back. I took my two teenage girls (daughter and friend) fir their first eyebrow shaping. Sony took her time threading to make sure that everyone was pleased will the results which were nice and appropriate for teenage girls. I would recommend them especially for threading. I always feel like I'm getting thoughtful, detailed attention and, that they truly care that I leave satisfied.
