The first time I went they looked at me crazy when I even told them I bought a Groupon! Why sell them then?! I felt unwelcome. They do a rushed job anyway so I'll be taking my services elsewhere.

I been going here for years for my Brazilian wax and I always go to Bisma she's amazing but she had a baby. So today I had a 1pm appointment and it was ok until she almost ripped my ring out!!! I told her what she did and she argued with me that she did! I told her you can't tell me about my body and she had a attitude!!! Then proceed to finish. I got up wasn't given a mirror to check because she had a attitude. I rub and it still hair EVERYWHERE she then again start to argue saying she did wax there and wouldn't go over where I said was hair!!! I use to love this place but now I don't!!! Floors are dirty and so is the waxing area. Bisma is the best thing there and she ain't there no more due to her having a child. I asked they lady for her boss name and number and she refused to give it to me!!! I m super unhappy because I'm a regular here but not anymore!!! I've never been treated like this and never again. I still have hair everywhere. December 1, 2020 was my last time!!!! read more

I am convinced that they only have so many good reviews because they ask customers to give them a good review on Yelp and Google as they are paying. I visited the salon and was serviced by Rani. She was absolutely kind, but my eyebrows were left looking... clownish. I repeatedly asked her to fix different areas and instead of obliging, she tried to convince me that I was wrong and they looked fine. Although I was unsatisfied, I told her they were fine because I would likely not get my desired result even after she worked on them more. I tried everything imaginable to get the tint off of my eyebrows, but was left looking quite terrible for weeks. Another customer posted a photo that looked exactly like my result and my story sounds quite similar to hers. Heed our warning and just take a chance elsewhere. read more

I've gotten my eyebrows threaded for years now but I've never loved a place the way I love this place! The person that usually takes care of me is Bisma, she does an amazing job. I don't think my eyebrows have ever looked better and it's thanks to her! As I recently got married, in preparation for it I knew I had to see Bisma and I knew I was in good hands getting my eyebrows done a few days before the big day. I've also had my eyebrows done Rani in the past when I just do walk-in and she does a great job too, so you really can't go wrong here! The prices here are also super affordable especially for the time they spend on you and the quality of their work! If you're thinking of trying a new place, i strongly recommend the threading and waxing salon! read more

I love Rani!! She is the best. After just moving to the area, a friend recommended me to the place and I decided to just pop in and was welcomed by Rani. And at first I was scared to try threading since I'm used to waxing ( but they offer waxing too) but my experience was not painful at all and Rani did an absolute great job! Kept my eyebrows thick like I want them but with a natural arch on both sides and good shape! She even told me where some areas of hair need to grow back before tending to my eyebrows and making sure I was okay with how she would thread them. I will be coming back :) read more

I have gotten eyebrow threading three times here and I have nothing but good things to say. The salon is always clean and employees are professional. Each time I have been here I have been able to walk in and be helped within a few minutes. Bisma asks me for my preferences before she gets started and checks in with me at the end to make sure I am satisfied. She offers me a tissue when she sees my eyes tearing and applies lotion over the area, which helps with the discomfort. I am very pleased with my results each time. Just got my eyebrows threaded for the first time and it was a great experience! As soon as they moved in I started growing my eyebrows out and have been waiting for them to be ready and today I went it was worth the wait! Clean, professional, friendly and very good and quick at doing the threading. Just had my very first visit and I will definitely be returning. I got my brows threaded by Sonita who was absolutely wonderful! She made the process way less painful than normal. Very clean spot, the staff is super professional and courteous, and prices are very reasonable. I used to travel Downtown but am glad to have a good place in the neighborhood. For those who don't like threading, they offer waxing as well. read more

I have eyebrows that are similar to 2 caterpillars. As such, they can really only be tamed by threading. I went a total of three times so far to this establishment and have been happy every time. Bisma did them twice, and after the last time, my mother shared that my eyebrows look better than they ever have. This is quite the compliment. Thanks!! I will be back again and again. read more

I came on a Sunday, and was immediately helped by one of the two women present. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and did an incredible job! It was obvious she was open to any requests after she had done her preliminary waxing, but she did such a good job I had none! $8 threading is hard to beat-- most definitely worth it AND then some! read more

And you have to ask them to go back and remove certain spots that they couldn't see of hair left. I feel like as a waxer it's your job to do that and catch that. 2. I find that the younger woman who works with them is very entitled and has an attitude. She walked in on me undressed when she wasn't my waxer because she needed the waxing cart for her client in the room next door. NOT OKAY. I wish I didn't tip. I booked with Kushi again for this month. I showed up on time for my appointment. Kushi was not there. The two girls were not aware of an appointment and were not expecting me. When I asked for Kushi and they saw I was disappointed about her not being there when I specifically booked with her for wax... the younger woman again said something in her language to the other lady about me and that's when they acted like there was no appointment. I went in regardless thought I'd give someone new a try. The wax bottles were not melted at all. We barely did a like 3 strips and she asked to let the wax melt..... I wasn't going to wait and I just felt very annoyed and disappointed. Unprofessional to say the least. I'll never be coming here again. And yes the wax bottles are shared between clients so unsanitary.

They make it easy for you to book online through Square. They did a really good job with threading my eyebrows, lip, chin and neck. I love that it's precise, and she listened to my needs with my eyebrows. They have plenty of free parking on premise, and they also have a punch card. Onto my issues: 1) they do not wear gloves whatsoever for waxing services on your stomach, butt etc. I get it if they don't for face services, but in my experience at any facility that does hair removal, this is the first time where someone did not wear gloves. Yes, she did hand sanitize but it kind of irks me in terms of sanitation. Knock on wood I haven't caught anything yet, and they did get the job done though. I just won't be back for body services because of this. 2) it was one person working there the entire time. I made an appointment, and she was expecting me but there was still a bit of a wait as they take walk-ins as well and I was running a few minutes behind. 3) she would not stop upselling me. I get it - I have been a sales rep before, but it's a problem when I tell you multiple times that I am not interested. I am also not someone who came in for just an eyebrow. What is also interesting to me is that the other people around me who only got an eyebrow service was not upsold. TLDR; I'd be back for facial threading services exclusively, and it is the only thing here that I can recommend to others, unless you are ok with someone touching your body and private areas without gloves.
