It is always a hit when I get my brows threaded or waxed! I've been going here for years I never leave unsatisfied. Customer service is great and the ladies are quick with service. I kinda like the way my eyebrows look but the lady was so alittle rude and was pulling very hard and slow which caused me so much pain I never have that issue anywhere else. She was saying my hair is thick but she was pulling the thread too slow. read more

I used to come here all the time and they always do my eyebrows good but the staff is so bad. They always give me attitude never tell me have a good day even though they tell everyone else but me. I used to give them tips($) to both the ladies that work there but now I stopped because of how they treat me. I still come just cause they know my eyebrows but overall wish they would enjoy their job or at least not give attitude to customers or towards me as well they are always on the phone and never try to communicate with you. I will probably have to find another shop if this keeps happening. read more

I have been a "eyebrows threading and spa" customer since they first opened ! On the evening of Wednesday July 6, 2022 I came to get my eyebrows done and presented to the lady my free eyebrow waxing card because when I had went previously a newer younger lady had left marks underneath my eyebrow and gave me this card. On my visit July 6 the lady refused to take my free eyebrow waxing card. she told me the free eyebrow waxing cards are only when you buy a certificate. She then held me waiting at the checkout counter for 15 MINUTES BEING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! making calls and FaceTime calls to the other ladies. The card was mine BUT EVEN IF IT WAS NOT MINE IT SHOULD NOT MATTER. THE CARD WAS PRESENTED TO THEM. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL OWNED BUSINESS!!!! I used to go to Dorthy's, but as soon as I started coming here a few months ago, I have become loyal to this place! I love the pricing. $10 for eyebrow and lip threading or waxing is amazing!!! The best part is that you can mix and match if you'd like to get your lip waxed and eyebrow threaded or vice versa. In the multiple times I have come here, I have not left disappointed and always felt appreciated as a customer by the ladies who work here. Also, salon is always inviting. I've been looking for a place to get my eyebrows done and I expressed my concerns about going to new places and she was super understanding! My eyebrows look great! I even let her tint my eyebrows (because at this point I was happy with my results alone and it was my first time tinting). The tint made them look so much fuller but still natural.
