After asking multiple times about it, they just decided to ghost me after eBay's return window had closed. They're also unable to do simple math and calculate what a refund should be. In addition to that, they request that the buyer ship the items to fix via UPS, yet on return shipping they cheap out and go USPS. With this kind of hypocrisy, I wonder what they're doing behind the scenes as regards to taking care of the customer's belongings. By the looks of the reviews here they will do what they're paid to do when they have to meet you face to face, but would happily steal from you when you have no recourse. Great, honest service and very nice people. The last time I was there, the person at the front desk suggested that I buy their insurance for $41 a month. He said that after 30 days I could get my phone repaired for free. It seemed a tiny bit pricey but I went for it. After about 70 days, and after I had paid for three months of coverage, I needed a repair. I brought my phone in. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a number to call to file a claim. I called the number and was told that once I filed the claim I had to wait 30 days to get a repair. And I'd have to pay for another month of coverage. (Of course, I had no way of knowing that in 30 days they wouldn't tell me I had to wait yet another 30 days.) I canceled the plan and took the phone to the front desk. I figured since I was there I'd pay for the repair myself -- I couldn't wait 30 days for my phone -- and then I'd cut ties with uBreakiFix. He took all the information and then told me they didn't have the needed part. I had been there for almost half an hour before I was told that. I told the guy that I would be taking my business elsewhere because I that they scammed me. He nodded in agreement and said nothing. I'm sincerely sad to have to end my years-long relationship with this place.
