This is the first and last time I am coming here. The experience was truly disappointing. So many things happened I have to put them in bullet points. -The front register was not staffed enough for the volume of people that come in. we waited 15 mins in line just to order. Then it took a total of 10 mins to order because the register person was undertrained. This should really be a restaurant where you order at the table. - They charged us twice for something we ordered. we had to go get that fixed - I ordered a salted caramel cold brew. it was rotten. I LOVE strong coffee and they tried telling me the coffee was just strong, but it was so spoiled that it made me almost throw up. - My friend asked for no avocado in her sandwich. They put avocados in her sandwich - My other friend had ordered a hot latte, it was cold when they brought it to her. She had to ask them to reheat it. -we also ordered truffle fries, cold as well. -after a while we decided to order another order of truffle fries. The front register lady came to charge us because apparently her manager was berating her about not charging us an extra $3*. we paid the charge of course. She told us it will be 15 mins for the fries -we finished our food. this was 30 mins after we had put in the truffle fries order in. We go asked about the fries and they hadn't put them in yet. We waited another 10 mins for those fries. The food tasted good, the ambiance was cute, but the service is horrible. This restaurant needs to seriously work on their management. *They apologized about the truffle fries and they threw in an extra order of fries and a couple of pastriesSmoke Salmon Toast. then they explained how they are understaffed and that their manager is not in, which begs the question, who berated her to get us to pay the $3? A fun brunch turned into a horrible experience. I suggest you order to go if you do come here. read more

The first time I ate here I waited almost an hour for my food. We gave it several chances and some days were great, service was fast, but then everything became inconsistent again. I ordered a sandwich with potatoes and the amount of seasoning was awful. It was like licking the inside of a salt shaker and I like salt a lot and this was too much for me. The sandwich was good. After several failed attempts due to an hour wait and stopping taking orders at the register we finally had to call it quits on this place. If you see a line, you may want to go someplace else and save this cafe for days where it looks empty inside. read more

I didn't even get to eat at this place and I'm giving it one star. Why? Because walked in on Sunday at 1pm - not many people there and were told they are no longer taking orders. We had researched this place and wanted to try it. We were told Thai Blossom was good across the street. Um what? They don't even serve remotely the same type of food. That there was an hour wait for food so they stopped taking orders. They are open till 6? I'm sorry but that is just BS and as a restaurant is absolutely unacceptable in my book. 0 stars if I could!! I really like their food. They just are so busy at times. Be careful bc your wait can be long. And it has failed twice ordering online. They never seem to get the order so when you go up to check on it. They haven't started it. Other than that. The food is great. It's in a great area. I really like this place. We went for brunch on Saturday... waited 25 minutes in line to place an order. Then told it would be a 25-30 minute wait. We decided after already waiting in line for 25 mins we would stay. Sat outside with a number. Waited 30 minutes went inside and asked about our order a tuna sandwich and a hummus wrap. They said 10 more minutes we waited another 20 minutes and asked again they said five minutes... it was over 50 minute wait for a tuna sandwich that was ok and a wrap that was tiny and burnt... no one seemed to be in charge. read more

An awesome addition to downtown Winter Garden. One of the best spots for quick service, fresh food, healthy options and friendly servers. The spicy chicken wrap is my go to, and the side salad that come with sandwiches is a great simple salad. I haven't tried anything yet that I didn't like. read more

This place is nice. You do have to wait in line to order then you get a number and wait again for the food. I am not a huge fan of this ordering style but the food made up for it. The hummus veggie wrap was really delicious and hot which was a nice surprise! The side salad had an amazing dressing plus you get chips or fruit as well. The tea selection is nice but none of them are sweetened so keep that in mind. It was not clear if you put your dirty dishes up yourself or an employee helps you so we just put them up ourselves. There are inside window seats for good people watching plus outside seating. Free water available as self service. The menu was limited but there were some nice choices. While the price tag per portion is a little much, the quality that hits the table never dissapoints!! If you've never been, you should absolutely give it a shot!! You won't be sad you tried it! Wanted to love this place so bad. Super cute interior and a seemingly delicious menu. It has potential but..... The Greek salad I ordered took a long time to get to me and it consisted of what seemed like an entire jar of olives, clumps of rice and feta, and barely any lettuce. I also ordered spinach and artichoke dip too (which as a "starter" shouldn't take 30 minutes to get to me and come before the salad) I couldn't finish because the bread and the dip were just LOADED with salt. i seen someone post this place and i had high hopes for it but was sadly disappointed.. me and my boyfriend decided to try this place out and when we walked in we were not greeted by anyone the whole time we were there.. i even smiled at a couple of the girls and not even a smile back.. we stood in line for probably 15-20 minutes with 3 people in front of us and the line didn't move at all ..we decided to leave without ordering .. however the decor and set up of the cafe was aesthetically pleasing. it was clean and pretty inside which is why i'm giving 2 stars but customer service was pretty bad .. we said we would come back another day and give it another shot at an earlier time in the day and test the food / drinks.. maybe we will have a better experience next time . read more

This is probably my favorite restaurant ever. They have plenty of vegetarian options which is great for me. I have never gotten something from here that I did not like. My favorites are the spinach artichoke dip (literally heaven) and cheese board. My boyfriend usually gets the sandwiches. He has had three different types and has liked all of them! The portions are amazing, contrary to what a ton of these other reviews say. The cinnamon toast crunch latte is also delicious. There is a bit of a wait time, but that's ok. Just talk to whoever you came with! They used to have buffalo cauliflower which I loved and am hoping they will bring back. They recently added soups to the menu which are also super good! read more

I ate there for the first time yesterday with two co-workers. I had the Grilled Honey Sriracha Rice Bowl and it was delicious! Came here for Mothers Day since our kids love the food here. I'm huge on customer service. Orders get messed up mistakes happen I'm one of the more cool people about that because I work in the customer service industry. But one thing I cannot tolerate is accountability! When you mess up on all of the orders at that table first forgetting one completely leaving me with no food. My children's orders one bacon egg and cheese sandwich the bacon was so under cooked it looked raw and when it came back out allegedly fixed they forgot to put eggs back on the sandwich. And after 4 times going back up to get things straightened out the waitress had the audacity to say they didn't make a mistake and was a miscommunication on our end. At that point my wife is veeeeeeeery upset because we have hangry children at this point and a not so good start to her Mother's Day because of three birds. Can you believe them sending out a bacon egg and cheese sandwich out with raw bacon almost and no eggs and forgetting a order completely was a miscommunication on our end.. Then the manager offers a store credit as if I may come back along with eye rolling and a fake apology... Me personally I won't be ever going back seeing my kids crying they didn't get their food and my wife upset on Mother's Day and lack of accountability by the staff . Went for brunch with my girlfriends and we enjoyed our experience. The decor is adorable and the tables were clean. Our food came quickly. I ordered the ultimate breakfast sandwich and it was delicious. The side of potatoes weren't crispy enough for my liking and they were a little dry. DISASTER.. I've gone to this cafe a few times.. even taken friends there and every time I experienced as did my friends an unorganized, poorly run cafe. 1st visit they are out of eggs??? how can that be when they are a breakfast & lunch place -sort of like McDonalds running out of hamburgers. Another visit & the place is very busy..we wait in line finally get to the register to order and once again they are out of plant based sausage (this is the 2nd time I've been there & they are out of this item) so I need to visit the menu and select a different item. I ask for a cup of coffee.. we go sit down waiting for our order and 45 minutes later the food shows up... it would have been nice to at least get a cup of coffee to drink while I had a 45 minute wait. I visited this cafe several times and every single time they have been out of important products.. not organized and after 4 attempts I won't be going back again.. read more

Pleasantly surprised on our first visit on a busy Friday night. Avocado toast was very good, easily shareable. Cheese board was incredible - 3 cheeses, kalamata olives, blueberries, current jam, and wonderful artisan toast. Plentiful and again easily shareable. Great, strong iced tea that is often forgettable and weak. Very nice, bright dining room and plenty of outdoor seating. Good, prompt and cheerful service. Just had lunch here and I must say, I wasn't impressed. Service was a little slow and food was expensive for what you got. My husband had the chicken avocado sandwich, while it was tasty, there was barely any chicken. I had the crab salad sandwich which tasted fishy, had about two tablespoons of crab salad on it, and was filled with a bunch of lettuce, a little tomato and a slice of cucumber, served on thick, cold toasted bread.
