The Mrs got the 2 slices(Mushrooms & Green Peppers) & a salad lunch special and loved her pizza. Raved about it afterwards. I got 5 Mango Habanero Wings & 5 Mozarella sticks & enjoyed it. We seem to have a knack for finding a decent place on our way out of town. Back in 2020 when we were leaving Illinois we finally went to this place that everyone talked about, that we had read about. It was pretty good. It was about 5 miles away from our house. Well, fast forward to 2025. We are getting ready to move back to IL in June. We went to 3 Brother's (5 miles away from our house) today. It came up in a search for "fish sandwiches". Indeed they have one on the special menu, but being suspicious of haddock, neither of us got one. I'm not saying that haddock are a particularly dodgy animal, I just have never found it to be quite as tasty as the rest of the fish eating world seems to think it is. My wife got a turkey club sub and fries, I got an Italian combination sub and onion rings. We were both satisfied with our order. The fries were very good, but she did have onion ring envy. They were quite good, they were real, and the onion was tender enough that you could bite it without pulling out the whole onion. That, pulling out the onion, is about the most disappointing food happening you can imagine. She was impressed with the bacon in her sub, it was real, actual cooked bacon, crisp and complimented the sandwich. My Italian was well balanced, a little ham heavy, but satisfying and well dressed. Minor nitpick "complaints". The rolls are quite fluffy, so the overall fit of the sandwich for a bite is a bit challenging. [a first world problem, I get it]. The meats on both of our subs were a bit too cold. A 30 second microwave zap wouldn't be a bad kitchen confidential trick to add to their prep. The service was fine, we ordered at the counter and sat and talked for a bit, enjoyed each others company. We propably don't do that often enough. We tend to eat our meals in our separate chairs in the living room, in front of TV or a phone in the hand. Perhaps in our golden years we will sit across from each other a bit more often. I hope so. We will certainly make an effort to come back to 3 Brothers at least once more before we leave Maryland. I read a bunch of the lower rated reviews, and I guess those kinds of people find something wrong with everything they experience. I purchased lunch for our office today a total of 10 different items were ordered and all were filled per our request. The staff was pleasant, helpful in making food selections and the order was packaged nicely to go. The comments from the office staff were "excellent lunch" and " we need to order from this place again, best sub I've ever had". I would also add that it was a great value for the money. They plop the salad in the middle of the table, apprently expecting you to share it from the same bowl. It would be nice if they could serve it with salad plates. The salad was good except for the croutons that tasted like they were sitting in a box for 6 months. The pizza was slightly better than what you get from the big chain. However, the dough was bland. Not sure they put any salt in the dough. The pizza is served with the flimsiest paper plates I have ever seen. Don't have a problem with paper plates, but they need to get something more substantial. I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it left my stomach in knots. When I initially got the food it was decent but it had absolutely no flavor. I had some leftovers that I decided to warm up the next day, as I was warming It up I noticed that there was a substantial amount of butter and oil coming off of the pasta which I thought was very unusual. As I continued to warm it up more and more butter kept rising to the top and I became disgusted. I was disgusted that I ate a large portion of this pasta the previous night and I digested all of this butter. There is probably more than a whole stick of butter in this pasta dish. Don't order this unless you want your arteries clogged. UPDATE: I conducted an experiment to see how much more butter I could get out of the pasta. Not as good as I would have hoped.... let's start with some positives, no wait, friendly service, good prices. Now the negatives, I ordered the calzone that had the ham, salami and pepperoni. I knew when I cut into it that it was going to be soggy. I think they must use a processed ham, as about 3 tablespoons of "juice", which was similar to water came out. I had to quickly move my calzone to another plate and let it drain out. I could have got passed that, but the first bite had no flavor. I was expecting to taste peporoni and salami, but it was pretty flavor less. I then removed all the ham off it. (This was primarily what most of the meat was, and it looked like chopped processed ham) I tasted it again dipping it in the sauce. Sadly the sauce was also very bland. I had to add a great deal of salt. After eating about 1/4 of it I decided it wasn't worth finishing, I wasn't that hungry. This was the only item I purchased and I am not inclined to try again. I was looking for a caterer for my daughter's Baby shower and my other daughter recommended Three Brothers in Odenton for their tasty food. From the beginning, the owner, Shaun took care of me. He made suggestions for the menu and food amounts, was very accommodating, and helped take some of the stress out of planning my event. He even arranged delivery to the venue. Everything on both salads was fresh and the chicken was sauteed well, Greek dressing was delicious but the ranch dressing was a lil watery. We brought an out of town hockey team and all of our families to Three Brothers Italian Restaurant in Odenton. I had called a few days ahead to make sure they could handle a group our size (about 40 people) and they said they can handle it. The staff was very welcoming, the service was great, and the food was delicious! We loved the casual atmosphere and seat yourself tables - with plenty of space leftover for other guests. The desserts were also delicious, from the cake selection to the great variety of Italian ice that many of us enjoyed.
