Made appt for estimate to do work and then changed time to accommodate Three Brothers. I asked them to give me a phone call about a half hour before they would be about two minutes before they were scheduled to be here {at the time they requested} they called to say they would not make it and could they reschedule. I changed dinner plans to celebrate my birthday to accommodate them because I really need the work done in my yard and they brushed it off like the appointment was no big deal to them. Martin and his team are amazing. We hired him multiple times because of his amazing work. First, he cleaned up our large backyard that had gotten over grown with blackberries coming in from my neighbor. When he was done cleaning everything up and trimming back all the shrubs it looks beautiful. We hired him back to lay down landscaping fabric and woodchips. Note it looks amazing. Then we hired him to put down landscaping fabric and pebbles on our side yard that is not used and too shaded for grass. Martin suggested the pebbles and he was so right. I had an excellent experience working with Three Brothers Landscaping. When I called, I was able to talk to a person (not an answering service!) right away. He patiently took the time to answer my questions about resodding the lawn of our rental property in preparation for a home sale. He even offered to water the lawn for us daily for a reasonable cost, since we live out of state. We ultimately decided not to resod the lawn, but I really appreciated his help. Communication with this company has been horrible. First bid for a project he agreed on a time and never showed up for the quote, then was late to the quote when we rescheduled by 30 minutes. Had set up another quote for a week later for another project which he set the day and time for the quote and again never showed.
