3 Brothers moving made it happen for me! I had a very complicated move from South Carolina. My household goods ended up in Spokane due to the company I was storing my goods with would not move them any closer to Kennewick. 3 Brothers Moving drove all the way up to Spokane without me and was able to get my valuables and bring them to me in Kennewick without incident or damage. Three Brothers Moving helped move my father in law. The staff were very nice and took great care to ensure all of the furniture was not damaged. BEWARE!!! THEY QUIT MID MOVE AND LEFT MY PERSONAL POSSESSIONS ON THE SIDEWALK of the apartment I was moving out of. I hired them for a move that should've taken an hour. I had brought everything down from my apartment except my mattress (which they did not get). They only needed to load it onto the truck and drive it a mile. They threw my stuff around & loaded it so improperly that more than half was left behind. When they got to my new place the lady who was cleaning it heard them say, drop her shit here. They literally dropped it and broke it. The managers supported them quitting on me...with some excuse that I was rude to them. They were extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone they came in contact with. I had some Mormons who stopped to help for service work & one girl could not believe how they were treating me. My guess is, from the reviews, that they have some professionals that save the company, but they did not send out professionals to me. I'm a single mom & my stuff was left on the sidewalk with me begging them to finish the job & I'd pay more. I wish I was given the names of the guys they sent out to warn others, but really, the managers should've sent new guys rather than allowing them to just leave my stuff on the sidewalk. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS. They don't care about you. AS SOON AS I posted this the owner texted me telling me he was sending me a bill. Scammers. I want to add this is my first yelp review ever...and it's not like I've never had bad service. I think that adds a lot of credibility to my post. His comment below is a lie. I actively recommend Three Brothers Moving to my friends and family. We were in a total bind as a different moving company didn't schedule enough time for our move, and left us in the lurch with 2/3 of our belongings still sitting in a storage unit. I called Three Brothers and they went out of their way to help me out by coming the next morning and finished up the job in very little time. The first thing the guys did was wrap our bannisters and doorway and put down padding on our new floors. They were friendly, respectful of our stuff and home, efficient and so so helpful. Moving is a very stressful event in someone's life and a "good" moving company is an excellent way to remove some of that stress...Three Brothers Is NOT that company. We went with Three Brothers to move our apartment and garage into a home recently. We received a estimate over the phone a few days prior and the quoted 3-4 hours...however once they showed up ( an hour late mind you) it was a different story...they said that it would be about 5 hours for the apartment and another 2-3 for the completely packed garage. We told them we could only do NO MORE than 3 hours because of an appointment which their reply was "good because one of our guys has to be at his second job soon"...WHAT! Maybe if they showed up on time...but whatever...the jest of this rant is we hired them to move us and in the end...they could not move any of the garage and did not even finish the apartment which again was all completely packed and staged for them before they arrived and they tried to charge us an extra half hour for thim that they didn't event touch out belongings! All this and we still had to hire DIFFERNT movers to finish what they could not...the rest of the apartment and the garage...good thing there are different movers in this town...thanks to HELP-U-MOVE for picking up the slack of this inefficient company! read more

These guys were on time as agreed, brought 3 great movers and a big truck to move our storage unit to our home. They put everything where we asked them, and were very quick. I feel like we spent less hiring these guys and their truck than renting a moving truck to do it on our own. Three Brothers Moving did a great job getting us from Richland to Sequim. Moving day was long and tiring, with traffic delays adding extra complications. While our belongings weren't unpacked the same day (after loading the truck and a six hour drive we didn't expect them to unload the same day) the movers did unpack our beds upon arrival so that we would have a place to sleep the first night in our new home (no air mattress... yea!) The next day, the remainder of the unpacking went seamlessly. The guys were careful with our belongings. They were hard-working and friendly to us and our pet... the only downside was we couldn't convince them that unpacking was part of their job (kidding). read more

I contacted Three Brothers Moving prior to scheduling the move to ask about a few specific questions I had. One: would they disconnect the refrigerators in each place (moving from my house of 30 years to a condo), switch them and reconnect at each new location. Was told--twice!--that yes, they would do that but did not accept any liability if a leak occurred etc. I understood that. When they arrived for the move (3 hours late, by the way!), they refused to have anything to do with disconnecting or reconnecting the refrigerators! In fact, they didn't even have tools available! Very sloppy and disorganized move--everything they were to bring to the condo was clearly identified and ready to move but they didn't follow instructions. They had to remove the front door to take the refrigerator from the house--then didn't replace it! Had to scramble to get someone there to replace the door! Would not recommend them nor will I be using them ever again! Very frustrating experience! read more

Don't use this company. They called me the day before and confirmed a 10 a.m. show up. When I arrived at my storage unit, the property manager at my storage unit told me they arrived at my storage unit at ~ 9:30 a.m. and then left BEFORE 10:00 a.m. They returned at we got started at 10:26 and the only reason we were finished at 11:47 was because I had to ride them like ugly on an ape. Their employees don' t have any concept of how to unload a u-haul into a storage unit. I didn't purchase the insurance and the older man kept picking up 3-4 bins and dropping the bottom one. I asked him once to stop doing it and then had to flat out tell him to stop doing it, which gives me reason to wonder if he was purposefully trying to break by stuff because I didn't buy the insurance. This idiot wanted to move my 7' primitive bookcase that weighs ~150 (empty) with all of the items I had stored in the shelves for the trip down and I had to insist that these items be removed first. I had to repeat over and over to stack the boxes and bins from largest to smallest and put the heaviest ones on the bottom. It's like they had no critical thinking skills at all on how to stack box shapes in a stable manner. 30 minutes into the job I had to insist that we re-organize my unit because they were just shoving my stuff into it which was going to force us to remove it all and start over once the truck was unloaded. There was an air show taking place in the municipality and the older guy kept rubber-necking the planes instead of doing his damn job. The contract was for an initial 2 hour call-out at $220 and these employees were doing everything they possible could to stretch that out into a 3-4 hour call out. Unless you like being a babysitter, avoid this company unless you are absolutely desperate for help. read more

Never ever use this terrible company!!!! The owner Abel came to our residence to quote the job, and assess what our move would entail. Abel quoted us $3000. and said "not a penny more or less" this is after shaking my hand with 4 individuals witnessing the entire exchange. The day of the move, one day before the closing of our house, he told me "only one of their trucks could make the journey over the pass" and that WE needed to rent storage units (less than 2 miles from our house). Our $3000 move was "guaranteed to Tacoma", as this is where we purchased a house and were moving. He was then trying to extort another $3400 out of me to complete the move, after we had to rent two 10 x 30 storage units, at our cost of course. Like prior reviews, our couches were never covered and now ripped and stained, appliances (that were brand new) we scratched also.
