Driver did not call me luckily, I was sitting in my truck and heard the flatbed rolling down the road the driver pulls up I told the guy it was in kind of a weird spot, and we could put it in neutral and roll it out for easier access or whatever he though. I thought being the professional he was he would've known what was best so upon loading it he almost punctured the driver's side rear tire on the bed and came very close to scratching my rim. but here comes the best part the icing on the cake he loads it totally sideways straps the front of the truck down with the winch on still but didn't strap the rearend down the whole way to the dealership it was going to I could see the truck shifting around!! because it wasn't secured properly if I could attach pictures I would. Other than the lack of professionalism and knowing what he was doing he was friendly but definitely would not use this company again... what a shit show

I had taken delivery from Denooyer new. Upon further inspection, even though tires are still in excellent condition the wear patterns look like the tires had never been rotated. Something I paid extra for. My mistake was apparently that I was seeing familiar faces from Caron Chevrolet the service level continuing. I believe I shall be moving on to somewhere else.

However....the store did their best to make me happy...and when I was still a bit out of sorts over the " incident "...I called corporate. A nice man by the name of David called me back...took responsibility...and than set in motion the wheels to solve my problem without any additional grief. Problem resolved and everyone is fine. I admittedly am thrilled at how the corporate office took ownership and worked to fix the problem in record time. I was fully expecting a fight.
