Excellent and very informative much better faster and offer you much more for your car than CarMax…read more They explained to me that my payoff as I saw it was not my payoff if they purchased it for me it would be less as they didn't have to include taxes etc. I thought my payoff was $18k and once they logged into my finance company it was actually $16,7 They offered me $16,4 so I only had to come out of pocket $300 to get rid of a car. Amazing deal I did not end up going that route because the Cadillac dealer offered me another $100 so I walked away from the car only paying $200. If I waited to turn the car in after end of lease I would have owed one more $600 car payment plus $2800 because I was 14,000 over mileage plus a down payment for the new car. So thanks to Car Drop educating me on my options I walked away winking. . I highly recommend them.

Final Update: Your response doesn't change my experience…read more The same vehicle that you described as having "thousands of dollars" in undisclosed issues was later inspected by CarMax, which offered me $4,500. That alone speaks volumes. Your entire response is based on your opinion of the vehicle's condition. Another national buyer evaluated the exact same vehicle and reached a very different conclusion. My issue has never been that you inspected the vehicle, it's that the preliminary expectation changed dramatically after I made the trip. If the vehicle truly had the extensive defects you describe, that should have been communicated more accurately during the appraisal process instead of after I arrived. This will be my final update. My husband and I went to look at the 2026 Chevy Trax at the AutoNation dealership in Pembroke…read morePines. I had already gone online to find the best price for the LT model. I was wanting the new blue model. I found a blue LT model on the lot with a low MSRP price. I went inside the dealership and was warmly greeted by Damiar Pennant and I told him that I wanted to know the best price he could give me on the Marina blue 2026 Chevy Trax outside. Damiar was kind and checked on the best price he could do. He got an awesome price with tax, new tag and title out the door. I said okay let's test ride it. The next thing I know I am wanting that car. Damiar was so wonderful and told me about all of the awesome features on the car and the car rode like a cloud. I signed the deal and gave him some money to hold the car and told him I would buy it the next day because I wanted think about it overnight. The next day I was picked up by Damiar and went back and completed the deal. The finance department got me in and out not taking too long and were kind and courteous as well. The Finance Service Manager's name was Jose Diaz and he got an A+++++ rating for completing the paperwork with me within 21 minutes even though I kept asking him a lot of questions. He was awesome just like my sales person Damiar. I met with the cashier whose name was Pamela and she was kind and courteous and she accepted my payment for the car. This dealership is top notch and made my car purchase experience the best I have ever had. Damiar introduced me to Michelle Barthelus the Assistant Service Manager. The Sales Manager also came over and introduced himself to me. Damiar put my new tag on my car and I was on my way as a proud new owner of a 2026 Chevy Trax. Damiar is an awesome sales professional and is always available if I have any questions. I highly recommend this dealership and Damiar.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at AutoNation in Pembroke Pines, especially with the…read moreway the situation was handled by Ricardo, the Service Manager. I recently purchased a brand-new Suburban High Country, and the vehicle came with an issue with the driver's door. Air leaks through the door while driving, and when it rains, water gets inside the vehicle. Two days before my appointment, I called the AutoNation call center and clearly explained the problem and that I would need a loaner vehicle because I rely on my vehicle for work. The representative told me that I needed to schedule the appointment at least two days in advance in order for a loaner to be provided. Based on that information, I scheduled my appointment and arrived expecting AutoNation to honor what I had been told. When I arrived, Ricardo told me that he could not provide a loaner until GM approved it and the vehicle was inspected. After the service department inspected the vehicle, I was then told that the body shop also needed to inspect it and that they could not tell me how long the process would take. I made it very clear that I had no problem leaving my vehicle there for the necessary inspection and repairs. My issue was that I needed transportation while they kept my vehicle. Instead of providing a solution, I was left going back and forth after specifically following the instructions provided by their own call center. This is a brand-new Suburban High Country with an issue that was present when I received it. I expected much better communication, customer service, and support from AutoNation, particularly from a Service Manager. My experience with Ricardo was frustrating and disappointing, and the information I received at the dealership did not match what I was told by the AutoNation call center. Customers should be able to rely on the information they are given when scheduling an appointment. I hope AutoNation management reviews how this situation was handled and takes steps to prevent other customers from having the same experience.
