The sales agent was Nick Graff and what we noticed first was that he listened to us, learned what we wanted and what we needed. We test drove several cars. He listened some more and brought out a new car for us to consider. When we selected the car we wanted, we made arrangements to meet him at the dealership the next morning to tell him oir decision. We purchased the new car. He did not "sell the car" to us. He allowed is to "buy the car" from him. All the details were handled quickly. Great experience and we love the car.

This place is an absolute joke for many reasons. We purchased a brand new vehicle from them in 2021…read moreand began having issues with it about a year later. Our passenger side will blow ice cold air when it is set to full heat. We scheduled a diagnostic appointment, no resolution. We continued to take it in at random when it was having this issue so they could do diagnostics, no resolution. We have stayed in touch with them and have a total of SIX scheduled diagnostics with one repair of the blend door they claimed was malfunctioning. We paid for this service and it still never fixed the issue. Summer rolled around and it became a laughing matter to them because who needs heat in April, so they had us come pick it up and here we are in winter and the issue is right back. We are on the seventh scheduled diagnostic with them telling us that they cannot get it to duplicate the issue even though they witnessed the issue when we dropped it off, so again no resolution. In the beginning they claimed they opened a case with mopar and any repairs for this specific issue would be covered as it was still under warranty, but now suddenly that has gone out the window and they act clueless about the issue when we practically know everyone in the service center by name after all the times we have been there for this issue alone. They have no answers or next steps for us. Don't buy from here expecting to be treated with any kind of loyalty and definitely don't expect quality from the service center.

I was driving from Boulder, CO to Los Angeles, CA after dropping my daughter at school. Over the Rockies is was very rainy and my check engine light came on and then went away. Over the course of the next 400- 500 miles, the check engine light came on sporadically and I started to get a skipping in my transmission (or so I thought). I kept driving, hoping to at least make it to Las Vegas where I knew I could get it looked at. Alas, the problem kept getting worse and in the middle of Utah I was forced to stop and look for a fix. I luckily happened upon Cedar City Motor Co. I limped it in and they unfortunately didn't have a technician available that day. I was looking at spending a weekend in UTAH as it was a Friday afternoon. In came Don who said "Im not turning you away". He juggled the schedule for me and had someone look at it right away. They quickly diagnosed a cracked cylinder coil which was making the truck misfire. Not the transmission. Within 2 hours they had fixed the problem and I was back on the road. I can't thank them and Don especially, enough. They saved my entire trip and were soooooo nice about it. This is how businesses should be run!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of dishonesty and negligence I experienced at this Ford…read moreservice department. Not only was I misled, but Ford's incorrect diagnosis could have cost me thousands of dollars and potentially my safety. Ford claimed to have flushed my brake lines three times and insisted that my vehicle needed a part replacement, quoting me $3,000 and telling me the part would take nearly two months to arrive. They were absolutely certain the part had failed. Here's the truth: I took my car to a second, independent mechanic. He immediately saw that my brake fluid was amber, dirty, and clearly NEVER flushed, which contradicts everything Ford told me. He also discovered air still trapped in the system, which explains the issue - something Ford failed to fix after multiple visits. The independent mechanic replaced a brake line, flushed the system correctly, and bled the brakes the way it should have been done. My brakes came back instantly. No issue. No electrical failure. No need for a $3,000 repair and a two-month wait. So Ford: Failed to properly diagnose the issue, Claimed to perform work they clearly did not do, Tried to push an unnecessary $3,000 part replacement, Put my family at risk by sending me home with unsafe brakes. Your service department either lacks basic competence, or they intentionally upsell customers on expensive repairs they don't need. Either way, it is unacceptable. I will no longer trust this dealership with my vehicle, and I will be reporting this experience to Ford Motor Company directly along with supporting documentation from the independent mechanic who actually fixed the problem. Customers deserve honesty, not scare tactics and false diagnoses.

The whole process was so easy compared to the many other dealerships we had been to. They meant it when they said they do things differently and that there's no right price for the wrong car. I was dead set on a jeep and Jeremy was so patient when I kept changing my mind. I love jeeps and the test drive was great but then I got into the Toyota Highlander he suggested and I was finally excited and it felt right and we made it happen the next day. Right after leaving, the check engine light came back on and the car stalled at a gas station. I was told it was the transmission. Later I brought it back for the same issue--and was charged another $150 for diagnostics. They replaced a spark plug and fuel pump, bringing the total to $780+600. As I left, the check engine light came on again. They even asked me for gas money to finish their test drive. I was respectful the entire time, but this experience left me feeling that I was taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend them for serious diagnostics or accountability.
