I took it to the dealer, who wrote me up a service order for $2600. I suspected that Matt's could beat that price. I left the truck at Matt's, but Matt called me after 20 minutes, and said I needed to come back to the shop. That worried me a little, but when I got there, he had my truck up on the lift, and showed me that all 4 items the dealer said needs replacing, were sound and didn't need repair or replacement at all. Saved me $2600 (less the cost of the shocks that he pointed out were in poor condition..and then almost all the road noise went away!). That sure cemented me to use only Matt's. Brought my cargo trailer in prior to a long road trip, and I wanted them to check everything out. They did, and when I offered to pay, he said "No charge. Would give 0 stars if I could. Took my car in on the 25th of August for a brake fluid change and…read moreclutch bleed that I called to schedule. When I dropped it off I told the receptionist that my clutch was soft and it shared the same resivour as the brake fluid and asked if they cuold look at it. Come 5 at night the service rep texted me and told me he didn't get that information after a short discussion. They weren't able to finish it that day or do a diagnostics. So I told them to keep it for the day. The next day they got back to me that they thought it was my clutch and asked what kind of replacement I wanted. Nearly by closing time they finally got back to me and let me know they actually only have one clutch kit they could order so I told them they could. No responses again. Call, text, email, multiple times over multiple days. Every time I'd call in they'd tell me the service department was unavailable and they could take a message. No follow ups. Finally on 9/4 I called again at 9:30 in the morning and told them to cancel all work orders and have my car outside and ready to go. I also texted and emailed them this. I get in there at about 1PM and they have my car up on the lift anyways. No one seems to have any clue that I had been calling or emailing and no one ever talks to each other. They wanted to charge me an extra $500 for having my car on the lift and I told them to get me a manager. After the service member ran back to talk to the manager they decided to take off that charge. TLDR Don't go here. They will not respond to your calls, emails and texts then act like no one had heard from you for weeks on end.
