We spent much time in a larger city at other dealerships and were disappointed and frustrated. At Bradshaw Chevrolet in iur home town, we experienced a huge and welcome contrast. The sales agent was Nick Graff and what we noticed first was that he listened to us, learned what we wanted and what we needed. We test drove several cars. He listened some more and brought out a new car for us to consider. When we selected the car we wanted, we made arrangements to meet him at the dealership the next morning to tell him oir decision. We purchased the new car. He did not "sell the car" to us. He allowed is to "buy the car" from him. All the details were handled quickly. Great experience and we love the car. read more

Went in 10 minutes to closing time. The salesperson on didn't even acknowledge us. We finally tried to walk In to see if we could test drive something at about 5 minutes to closing and found the only salesman on the floor. He told us no that they were closing and to come back. We drove an hour to test drive and possibly purchase a truck and he told us to come back. Definitely will not be returning. He was also rude to us the entire time. I very seldom leave bad reviews but his customer service was awful. read more

Less than three weeks after purchasing my car, the camshaft broke on the freeway. It needed a new engine. They refused to help in anyway. I also just needed to purchase a new battery. I read the car fax but it was not enough to save me from their shady business. Be careful if they have had the car for a while and if they claim the boss was driving it for a while. My biggest concern is that they sold me a car that was clearly not safe! read more

Found problem cheap Cat Converter blew 02 sensor bad mount, repaired and got Wife back on the rode for thanks giving, check it over for a safe trip, hard to beat honest good mechanics like this in these times a read more

Had the opportunity to visit this dealership today to acquire parts. Signage to the parts department was difficult to find. Initially disappointing, but it set the stage for an outstanding experience. Went into the service office entrance and was kindly greeted by the service manager. He escorted me to the parts department. Parts staff, cashier, and technician I met were super friendly. This dealership was a blast from the past. The exterior was dated, as was the rest of the building. However, the service department had all "the right stuff" and modern equipment was utilized. This visit was exceptional and I really enjoyed the throwback building and the genuine outstanding staff that made my visit memorable. Pricing of parts and a quote on future service was reasonable. Once these people get your money you are forgotten. No mention of only one key fob. New one $300.00 no help from dealer on that. Passenger side floor mat missing again no help there either. The salesman was great to work with before and during the sale after we paid and called back it was WHO are YOU! My purchase was a complicated one. I live in CA and was buying in UT, which means a ton of extra paperwork and hoops to jump through for both the dealership and myself. Erik was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Negotiating over email and phone, he was able to get me all the information I needed to feel comfortable making this long distance purchase. And when my wife and I finally arrived at the dealership after an exhausting and nightmarish Greyhound bus ride from Los Angeles, Erik's energy and frankness made the test drive and purchase the high point of our trip to that point. Dats later, when further obstructions with the CA DMV and even my own bank cropped up, Erik and Brytani were incredibly understanding and helpful. It would have been nice to know the vehicle we were looking at on their website and drove clear from St George to see, was wrecked. There was no mention of this "minor" detail in the sales ad for the vehicle. The images don't show noticeable damage, the wrecked part just looks like reflections in the side of the truck in sales photos. Seems to me that's a pretty important detail. It's not a little wreck either, the entire side has had work done. Hasn't been repainted and the inside was filthy. Not very professional. read more

Bought a car from them in 2016 under a full coverage 5-year warranty, from staff that has since been replaced. When confronted with a warranty coverage problem in 2020, I tried to call them to find the problem and discovered that my sales representative sold me a basic warranty, manipulating a college student who bought her first car and didn't know the language of the paperwork. Erik Nelson, current financial manager, hung up on me when I confronted him about supporting a business that lies to its customer. Terrible customer service from people who take advantage of first time buyers. NEVER buy a car from them. read more

We had car troubles on a road trip and needed a new wheel(rim) for a GMC Acadia that not many garages could get shipped in ASAP. Bradshaw was able to get it in and had it on our vehicle within an hour of its arrival from the shipping truck(without a true appointment). They were able to get us back on the road and saved us some valuable exploring time on our trip. The labor rate was reasonable and they checked other things for us to ensure a safe trip back home. my dad went in a talk to them about a lease. he ask them if he dies while the he has a lease with them what will happen. they told him we could take it back to them and that is it. so he did the lease with them. they delivered the truck late. made him redo the contact. he made his payment on time. about a year later he pass away. I went in and talk to them. I told the guy all the time it was a least and they said they would buy it back. about two hours later they called and said I had to call GMAC. GMAC told me I could not do nothing on the account. it says on the back that the sole survivor could take it over. Will never buy from them. I had my truck serviced the other day and was sitting in the lobby. Chris I believe to be the sales manager is not professional at all. I am amazed he was hired for a place I always thought so highly of. Chris is very inappropriate with some of things I observed him talking about and how rude he is to his customers and salesman's is awful. One young teen left and was on the phone said he would never come back to Bradshaws, this was after him leaving Chris's office to close his car sale while the girl was assisting another customer. I witnessed him be very rude to his sales people. One was educating him that the customer changed their mind on something Chris yelled, " No! they already said they would wait so now they can wait." The sales rep are treated very badly by him. I would never buy a car from them until he is no longer there! read more

My family has done business with Bradshaw for more than ten years and bought all of their vehicles from them in that time. We recently got a quote on selling our truck from Chris Gallion. We live four hours away so I called Chris to confirm the quote and that everything was ready for us to come down. The next day we made the drive down and Erik, the finance manager (who Chris said would take care of us) told us the best they could do was $2000 less that the quote the day before. He wouldn't give us a reason why and after wasting an hour got Chris on the phone who also wouldn't give us a reason why. Chris lied about the quote even though I have a text showing the amount and Erik didn't want to take any risk helping us. It ended up being a 12 hour trip, driving two cars, with two infants. Needless to say after their unprofessional services and lies my family and I are taking our business elsewhere. I will not recommend them to anyone in the area as I previously have. read more

We recently bought a used van that we thought was a good deal at the time. It was still dirty inside and smelled like dog, but at the time of the purchase we were told that we could bring it back to have it detailed so we went ahead with the purchase. We took the van back for the detailing and we got it back the only thing done was a simple outside wash of car. The inside wasn't even vacuum or touched at all. Not happy with them saying they are not going to do something just to get a sale and not full filling their word. read more

This company obviously employs over aggressive salesmen who don't know the art of allowing the customer to make the best decision for themselves. My Grandmother went into the dealership yesterday interested in purchasing a car, after her test drive and sales pitch, she decided she wanted some time to think about the purchase. Chris Gallion then approached her and was so aggressive and rude that it made her physically ill. Now I'm no genius but I do know that a kind human would understand that when speaking to an 83 year old, there is a tact and kindness that should be involved. Chris Gallion has NONE! My Grandmother deserved to be treated respectfully and he chose to be so rude our family literally had to call the paramedics today to make sure she was ok, she has been so sick for 24 hours about it!! I ask you not to shop at Bradshaw Chevrolet until they can properly train their staff or at the very least until they take their staff to anger management courses. Feel free to call me Chris, loved to discuss this situation with you and your Supervisor. Please bring that wonderful attitude of yours, unless you only save that for 83 year old single woman!
