Been here three times now. Simply put the price to experience value is lacking. Ended up paying $65 pre-tip ($10 more than I had anticipated because he had to use scissors more than expected?) for a less than 20 minute haircut. Very few questions asked during the process and am a bit disappointed with the result. There's just no bells and whistles here that justify the premium. read more

Been looking for a solid barber in the area and I'm confident I've now found one. Mike was a great guy from the moment I walked in. I felt extremely welcomed as if I was another regular he's been servicing for years. Immediately offered if I wanted something to drink from the fridge, and also had rocking tunes and movies on. The haircut was on point and he knows what he's doing here. Mike and each of his crew are all dependable, I've had cats multiple times from each of them, so no worries in that department. Quick story: I had been going to the same barber since high school (almost 9 years) I noticed after a while my barber assumed I would always come to him regardless of the detail and attention he would put in my haircuts. I so I decided to check out the yelp reviews very interested in going to this Barber shop, so I called and asked what you guys charge for a haircut and a beard trim, I was quoted $80 ! Really That is even higher from my old Barber shop in Brentwood on 26th Street At the Brentwood country mart. A+ barbershop. First visit and I was really impressed; I left super happy after my haircut and beard trim. Mike made the haircut a conversation. After the initial talk of what type of cut I was looking for, Mike paused along the way, several times, and asked if the cut was moving in the right direction. I got my first cut at Three Points today. Mike is friendly and a skilled barber worth every penny (it runs more than some of the small neighborhood barbershops, but so worth the added cost). Mike's shop is extremely clean and safe / COVID-compliant and I was totally comfortable during my cut. I have had somewhat shakier feeling experiences elsewhere. Ok-those of you who follow me know I only write very pertinent reviews-Michael DeBroeck, my friend from another shop, opened his own place during our Pandemic-what a time to open brand new-but this man has every safety and precaution in place, gloves, masks, and that back and forth you need when you see your hair cutter-his pricing today is very reasonable, and it's hard to find a good barber at all that's open, despite that it's an intimidating concept to go anywhere inside, but Mike has it down-early 80's look, older shop with the Mason's behind him as landlords and clients. If more folks knew of this, he'd never have openings-it's that good, and that easy-if not for some talk I'm in and out in 15 minutes with a perfect modern cut-mark my words, this is the place, get a haircut, and relax... Truly old school with straight razor shave, hot towel, massage and shampoo (the latter two, eventually once the state allows cuts indoors).
