A year ago I came here looking for a used Jeep Wrangler. I found a beautiful, black, soft top Jeep Wrangler with incredibly low miles. The dealership gave me a good/fair deal on it and I drove it home. There was no pressure to buy and we weren't there all day (which happens a lot at car dealerships). Our salesperson was Alex Danley. He was extremely nice. He made the experience a great one. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. The dealership itself is clean and everyone we spoke with was friendly. I've gone back to the dealership twice-once for an oil change and once for my yearly inspection. The waiting room is clean. This service department is bad. Really bad. They do not fix the issues you take your vehicle in for. You have to stay on them and their work or it will not be completed. My jeep with under 45,000 miles had many warranty issues and it was always a horrible experience trying to get them to fix the problems. A vehicle with 45,000 miles shouldn't have problems.... I bought a 2020 jeep and it was a certified car. Checked oil level and it was a quart low and washer fluid was empty. Took it back and they put oil in and gave me washer fluid .Then front brake rotors had grooves and brakes pulsated .But they said it passed state inspection so they would not replace them. worked at 4 car dealerships and when a customer has a problem with a purchased car they did things to make customer happy with the car .I should have checked the car more but after being told how great a certified car was I did not. read more

I can't imagine a worse dealership.I have a Jeep SRT and they have no idea how to work on them. They don't listen. They tell you its fixed and the problem is exactly the same...MULTIPLE times...they only believe the customer is dumb and is making up stuff. After 3 times trying to get them to fix it...I GAVE UP! A $75,000 high performance vehicle that handles and sounds like a vehicle ready for the junk heap and they say...bring it in again! Then if it turned out I was right after all said and done the warranty will only fix what is wrong not all the damage it caused. Plus I over heard how they talked to a lady while I was there if the woman was my wife I would have pulled that SOB over the counter. Even though I had heard bad things about Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge from friends, when I wanted to purchase a new car in 2014 I bought from Three Rivers as they had the style and make I was interested in. The sales person was very helpful when making the sale (of course). We purchased a longer service contract, something we normally don't do, as the sales man explained we would get free inspections and oil changes for term of warranty, which turned out to be a blatant lie. Every time I have brought my car in for inspection the service department has charged me full price, only to refund the full when my husband returns to complain (sexist much???) So then we decided it just wasn't worth it and we would go to our local garage for inspections, repairs etc. Which brings me to today's problem.. I got 2 notices for recalls on the vehicle (FIVE RECALLS SINCE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE IN 2014) so I have no choice but to call the service department to get it repaired. So begins my adventure....I called twice and left messages for service to call me back. They did not, I'm assuming because recalls don't generate income. So I call a third time and tell the operator I'm not getting off phone until someone from service answers. So I get transferred to Cindy..the benchmark of rudeness. EVERY SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH at Three Rivers HAS BEEN EXTREMELY RUDE BUT CINDY TAKES THE CAKE. When I first call she cut me off as I was speaking and demanded the VIN number, which I didn't have because I was in my office and I was not calling back only to never be answered again. She rudely told me she couldn't help without that info and I informed her that the other 4 recalls I had I just called up with make and model and year and they made an appointment for me. So Cindy was ticked off apparently and begrudgingly took my information. They don't do that recall on Saturdays I'd have to bring in on a Monday she says. I informed her that I would have a considerable amount of trouble getting back and forth without a ride and she was unconcerned.. her answer was "Well we'll get you an Uber home but you'll have to find your own way back to pick up car." RIDICULOUS. Why am I being punished because Dodge makes a crappy car? And Three Rivers SELLS the crappy car??? MOST reputable dealers offer a shuttle or loaner for things like this. I told her when she made appointment that I would need a ride back. When I went to drop off car today Cindy was there...SLOWLY pushing papers around on the desk, i'm assuming to look busy, while FOUR OTHER SERVICE people sat at other desk talking. Finally she helps me and says no we can't get you an Uber I told you on phone when I made your appointment!!!! Again, I don't understand why I can't get an Uber back seeing as I didn't ask for the recall and I don't want to be without me car and being without it at my job is really hurting me today. So she tries to get me an Uber, but says several times that the address I gave her doesn't exist...(REALLY HONEY THE OFFICE I GO TO EVERY DAY DOESN"T EXIST HOW CUTE) so finally she orders the Uber and I wait the ten minutes only to be late to work etc. Each and every time I have dealt with the service department I have left angry and unsatisfied. There is such a thing as customer loyalty when you treat them right. This dealer is blocks from my house but I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again, simply because the service department. I have a call in right now to General Manager, whom I'm assuming ALSO will not call me back. * G.M. just called me back. Arranging for a ride for me to get there to pick up car. I took my truck in twice for the same high way speed vibration. The first time they rotated and balanced my tires and charged me $100. That did not fix the problem and they told me I had to go to Firestone and I had to have a Hunter RoadForce Balancing done; still didn't fix it. Got to the second trip to Three Rivers they decided to replace my steering wheel even though the felt vibration was in the seat not the steering wheel. At first they ordered the wrong steering wheel and didn't want to put my truck back together and that I should stay in the rental. When they finally got the steering wheel in I find out that they test drove my truck 3 miles which isn't even far enough to get to the highway to test my truck at highway speeds. Needless to say they didn't fix the problem. I took it to another dealer and they fixed it in 2 days said its your out of balance drive shaft. Now almost 90 days later enterprise rent-a-car calls me stating that Three Rivers refuses to pay for the rental and that I will automatically be charged the $350 for ten days of the rental. I talked to Chrysler Warranty and they said that they remitted payment for my rental 60 days ago and that I should not be charged. So let me reiterate. I will now be paying $610 for something that should have been free under by power train warranty(2 $100 deductibles, 1 RoadForce Balance and $350 for my rental). read more

I don't usually write reviews but I figured I might as well help someone out. I don't know where to start, if I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. Firstly, everytime I go to this dealership I'm waiting a minimum of 3-4 hours. Secondly, service seems nice but once you walk to the waiting room you overhear them talking stuff. Thirdly, the general manager is never there, or so they say. Fourthly, they sold me a car with rusted brake pads. And lastly, but most importantly the customer is never right, and ironically the "mechanics" don't know whats wrong. So I purchased a truck on 6/10 and after days of purchasing my vehicle, I noticed noises when I accelerate. I took it back and they fixed the issue. After that, I began to hear squeaking brake noises. I took it back and they said there was a little rust so they sanded the brake pads. A few days later, I heard it again and they replaced all brakes and the rear rotors( which they should've done the first time) but I didn't care because I was happy the issue was finally solved or so I thought. A few weeks after I was still hearing the noise, especially when going down hills or coming to a sudden stop. I called and spoke to the manager informing him of this and he had an attitude, stating that continusly replacing things on the vehicle isn't going to solve the issue. I went back and drove it with the manager Frank who is a jerk. He claimed that he didnt hear the noise and just brushed me off. He told me the car is safe to drive even with the noise. He also said he'll speak to his general manager (whom I never met) and give me a call to follow up. The moral of the story is I just bought an almost $30,000 vehicle a month ago and been having problems since. They are mad because I'm requesting them to do their job and fix it which they didnt. The vehicle shouldn't even be having problems to begin with and they didnt even care to look at them. They didn't check to see that perhaps they placed them wrong or if it was a minor fix such as putting lubrication on them. Also, I have two free oil changes at this place which I am not using because the service department is horrible. I believe that when going into any dealership you either get a hit or miss, depending on what deals they have for you, how well the car dealer person is, and the overall personal opinion of the cars. So. That being said. Don't ever go into a dealership expecting to walk out or drive out (in this case) with a car for $1 dollar and no stress. That's just impossible. Your buying a car. Not a t shirt. Our experience was good. It was a process, but they did a very good job and were very patient with us. My husband and I like to know we are getting a good deal, so we shopped around to other dealerships before making a final decision. We test drove the patriot, the grand Cherokee and the Cherokee. The dealer guy was beyond patient with us and gave us very good attention, even when it was busy with other customers. After about a WEEK of calling other dealers and 3 rivers to compare prices and deals and other incentives, we decided that 3 rivers was our choice. We were interested in the car that was in the showroom and they had no problem or hesitation to get it out for us. We love our car. It's my baby. The service center is also very helpful. Anytime I have a question, or may think my car has something going on, they have always went above and beyond for me. When I bring my car into them for a oil change (they have a oil change special), they have a nice little play room for the little ones to keep them busy. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The sales and service people have always been nice to us. We will be returning customers. read more

Gentleman named "Mike" failed to inform me that the work performed was work that should have been covered under drive train warranty. A second (more reputable) dealer subsequently informed me of this. # rivers when confronted with these facts then refused to refund the cost of the repair. Each time I take my car in for repairs for something I always get told it just happens to be the part not covered under my warrenty. Once I took it in for an oil change and was told the Check Engine light just happened to come on for the 1st time while in there shop and needed a repair. Check Engine light had never come on when I was driving it. Well be looking for another dealer ship to deal with and shop at!!! Took my car in at 7:30 am Tue and for my car to be done. They had to order the same part 3 times before they ordered the correct part they needed to fix my car. How can you order the same part wrong 2 times and have to order a 3rd time before you get the correct part. Well, they say they now have the correct part. As it's 4 pm Friday and I still haven't gotten a call that my cars done. Really have my doubts I will be getting it back today. read more

I have purchased multiple vehicles with this dealership, along with close to a dozen referrals. I have always taken my vehicles to the service department for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc. I was told for the duration of my lease to help maintain the vehicle that I would receive complimentary oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments and was never forewarned of an "expiration date" on these services. I took my Jeep in for inspection and had my routine oil change, tire rotation, and alignment done as well and still was never told any of these services had expired. When asked about the services and why I was never informed of any of this expiring the only response I had gotten was, "Well, sorry". I am close to 8 years with this dealership and never have I ever received such poor customer service in the service department. My inspection in 2019 was less than $100, this year, since no one felt the need to inform me of an expiration date, my bill was close to $400. I would highly recommend looking at a different dealership that can be more informative to their customers. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER!!! I dropped my 2008 Jeep off to get an oil change and have a normal maintenance check done; prior to this appointment I never had any battery issues or an indications when starting my jeep that my battery was going bad. They completed their work and I was going to come pick the jeep up after I got off work, after they had closed for the night. When I got there to pick up my vehicle it was COMPLETELY DEAD, wouldn't even make an attempt to click over. Battery was 100% DRAINED so I had to leave it there overnight in hopes they would replace the battery the next morning. The next morning once someone got in and I was able to talk to someone I asked them how my battery that had never had any indications of any issues prior to it being in their shop can all of a sudden go completely dead. Their only response was they could sell me a new battery for $160 and it would take them 30 minutes to have it replaced (and he would "cut me a deal" by taking $20 off the install fee). As I was already inconvenienced enough by this establishment so I ended up having them jump it so I could drive to the nearest Advance Auto store where they sold me their top of the line battery for $130 (which came with a 7 year warranty) and they installed it in front of me in literally 5 minutes for free. Ripoff service department. My wife tried to drop off her car for a service department this morning due to a check engine light. I've already had it run through diagnostics and am well aware of the issue and code it is running. They wanted to charge her $95 just to re-run the test. Why would anyone fall for that?! I work for a dealership, i've already spoken to the Dodge dealership within my company, if it wasn't and hour away she would have taken the time to drive out to it. We purchased the car from there 4 years ago and the sales staff was pleasant however the service team is always horrible to deal with. Do not use this dealership! They own an Amazon Store (MyJeepAccessories). I purchased 2 items through Amazon, where the prices were the same for 6 + months. A day or two after the purchase I recieved notice that they cancelled my order, citing error in price (same price for well over 6 months) I contacted the Amazon Store they use, and they too their sweet a$$ time answering back. They pretty much told me "too bad for you" and did not want to honour the advertised price that I purchased the items by. So I contacted the dealership directly. I sent 5 emails 2 to the generic "contact us" and 1 to the sales manager Eric Kinkead, who Never responded. then 2 to the General Manager Ted Cole, who also Never responded to either of my emails. They "repair" it with an additional $900 for items out of warranty. Dec. 2015 transmission completely fails, and now they want $5,000 to replace the transmission that they should have repaired correctly 6 months earlier. so they totally ripped me off charged me $400 dollars for a battery that i just replaced 2 months ago. i told them exactly what was wrong with my car, the throttle body. i had already had it looked at just wanted it done by the dealership so that it could be done right spoke w/frank the supervisor after car wouldn't drive the very next day, he didn't care and ask for me to bring it back in i bought it back in and the checked it again and guess what it was the throttle body go figure and they wanted me to pay another $746.00 for them to do the work. they weren't sorry at all. i will never ever allow them to touch nothing else of mine. this was the worse service i have ever experienced. they offer no apology nor did they offer a solution other than more money for something that should have been done right the first time. the deserve a 0 flat out unless you just have money to throw away don't i repeat don't go to them. read more
