My favorite place to shop since it opened 17 years ago. I buy most of my clothes there, not to mention handbags, jewelry, gifts and even furniture. You'll find top designers, high end handbags, and carefully curated jewelry. She carefully selects the homegoods she sells, from dinnerware to comfy arm chairs and much more. Everything flies out quickly so I check in weekly, especially if I'm looking for something specific. The price is always right and Sandy always tells customers coming in what her deal of the day is. I especially like "today you'll get 20% off clothing and accessories that are already marked down". Her basket of items marked down to $3.00 is also a favorite of mine. J left clothes for consignment and was told to come back by the date on the receipt. When I went back in I was told I had to have an appointment and couldn't pick up the clothes. The owner would not even make an attempt to gather the items even after I told her I would be gone for 6 mos. Basically, I gave her the clothes. I have my own business and try my best to help people. I'm not an eager shopper but like new clothes that fit and look sharp. Sandy was a huge help by proactively suggesting, (not pushy,) several pieces, a dress I'd never have picked out, looked fabulous on me, I'm expecting it will be worn many times throughout the summer. Sandy also found two pairs of perfect fitting and nice looking pants. I'm thrilled! Well priced designer jewelry found me, excellent selections, great for gifts. The woman who runs the store was polite to me when I first walked in, but when I returned a few minutes later with my daughter she was so rude and obnoxious to me that we turned around and walked out. My nine year old asked me why she was so mean to us and I had no answer. I am still shaking from the encounter. Please don't give her your business. read more

Three Sisters is one of the finest consignment shops I have ever found. I am an avid believer in consignment and this shop sells only high end, beautiful clothing at extremely reasonable prices. I have several pieces from Three Sisters as does my daughter. I am always greeted personally and Sandy is the most welcoming person. She has wonderful suggestions but is in no way pushy. The clothes are not trendy and overpriced for what they are. Lots of "older women" styles, so if you're over 65 you will probably find something. Felt dusty and cluttered also. read more

I was looking for a place to consign and this was nearby. I had the same experience as the other reviewer: the owner has an attitude and acts like she's doing you some huge favor by consigning your items. She also charges $1/item for ironing but at the time I consigned this was NOT written in a contract anywhere. Additionally, this is at her discretion; so imagine how miffed I was when I went to pick up a check and she had taken money off for ironing I didn't even know she would be doing. She was ok in rectifying it (I was not budging: that kind of thing needs to be in writing), but it still gave me a sour feeling about her business/business model. I genuinely felt like she was cheating me out of money. Hopefully she has corrected this in her contract. Yes the prices are high for a shopper. This initially seemed like a good thing for me as a seller, but items end up getting marked down over and over anyway so it's not a great deal. Bottom line: stay away as a shopper and absolutely stay far away as a consignor. There are other options in the Seacoast area: go with those. read more

This store is okay if you just want to browse. It claims to have designer labels, but you'll notice that some of the labels are not that high-end. Prices are high. I shopped this store from the time it opened and the owner always seemed somewhat friendly. I had a different experience when I attempted to consign some items. She seemed annoyed with me through the whole process and acted kinda snooty. I guess it's different when she might have to give ME some money.... This is always the first place I go to when I need to shop. The atmosphere is serene and the owner is helpful and friendly. I almost always find what I need, which is surprising because I usually have a fairly specific item that I am looking for and of course a specific size.
