I came out here for a business trip and my coworker worker had a friend with fantastic reviews. There was no hostess between be were greeted with enthusiasm for the surrounding staff. Got a chance to attend the soft opening last week. The facilities are great, beautifully done and a great place to grab a bite and a pint. Their 3W Burger is awesome and had the Going Streaking IPA. All the staff we met were fantastic and a great fit for the place. Lots of TVs to watch your favorite sports/games. read more

If you want a beer you might not mind the environment. If you want food pick another place . We placed our order and the waitress came back 15 minutes later to say they were out of the items. They were also out of lemons for the drinks. It was explained how one person was gluten free and the waitress understood all the implications with that and wrote it down on the order, however the plate came out with chips that were not gluten - order went back. Took 35 minutes for a new burger and no side. Our pizza order came out and it took 20 minutes to get plates and silverware not to mention the ranch. Whoever is in charge is doing a horrible job. Getting refills and more drinks were very slow and 2.5 hours wasted. There were 4 of us and the people that came in after us, a table of 3 got their food before we did. I am disappointed and realize what I thought would be a good place to take guest turned out to be exactually the place NOT to hang out. Disappointed and sad that the waitress kept having to apologize. she seen what was going on and I can;'t blame her. read more

While the food and drinks were delightful, the service was unorganized and disappointing. We arrived at 11 am on a Sunday. By 11:10, a waitress finally greeted us to tell us she would be back for our drink orders. 15 minutes later, she returned and only got a few of our orders rather than the entire table. She told us 10 beers on the list would be a while because they were changing the lines. This should have been done before opening hours. We waited nearly an hour for our water to arrive and an hour and 45 minutes for our beer. The table next to us were fully served before we even had water. When I went to ask about our drinks, our waitress and manager were chatting in the back of the restaurant. The manager finally came to help staff rather than sit on her computer. Three hours later, we left with much disappointment and 50% taken off our ticket (a discount was requested). I will not return and will warn others of their poor service. It's unfortunate as the building and ambiance are amazing. Management needs an upgrade. read more

My wife and I went one afternoon to see how the Happy Hour was at Three Wide Brewing. The staff was friendly as we decided to sit at the bar. Beers are always good and the Happy Hour pricing made it even better. We ordered from the Happy Hour menu and got the house made chips with dressing. That were on point. We also got the meatballs with crostini and they were well made and the sauce was very good. Filled us up and the prices were great. It's a very nice brewery. The staff on the other hand is what's going to break this brewery. From the time you enter the door it is all negative. IF you get greeted the staff tell you outside is closed to ordering food (which is a shame it's a nice spot) you can order a beer and take it outside but then you have no service for refills. The staff also say upstairs is closed downstairs is open seating. JJ behind the bar is slow and personality wise is no bar tender. She greets people badly and tells the customer she can't make flights of beer right now because it's only her, but yet, she's doing nothing in between orders. She not has one speed and it's slow. There was also a customer complaining about an order to another staff member and she told the customer what do you want me to do about it. The same waitress said I don't want to serve on the patio because I will be stuck out there all day. Unbelievable. Like I said it's unfortunate that the owner has this staff to start a new restaurant. read more

I've been here a few times during the week, but made it out this Sunday. I sat at the bar with my friend. The young lady working behind the bar may have made our experience the last one we will have at 3 Wide. Service was terribly slow, and her conversations/language were COMPLETELY inappropriate. There were kids nearby, and it was evident that she didn't have any filter. I could see that some of the other patrons were frustrated as well. My past experiences at 3W have been nothing but pleasant. Their food/beers are excellent, and the staff have always been super hospitable. I hate to be negative, but I don't want to see a good new establishment fail from the inside out. read more
