The service was outstanding from start to finish. They had fresh bread with butter and a strawberry jam already out for us and this was a nice start. The 4 course dinner was $70.00 and is a set menu chosen by the chef, they use Clover and I noticed there was a $2.80 card fee too. 1st course was head on U-9 shrimp with risotto. This had a homemade olive oil sauce and a Thai chili sauce to go with it. This was delicious, the risotto was perfectly cooked and the shrimp were hot and full of flavor. Noticed the heat but not too spicy. 2nd course was a strawberry mixed greens salad, that had a creamy sauce on the bottom of the plate with shaved almonds. Was not sure if I would like this combination but it was also very tasty. 3rd course was Filet Mignon with a port demi, roasted carrots and mashed potatoes. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes were creamy and mixed well with the steak and veggies. 4th course was a key lime mousse that had a graham cracker crumble. This was good but probably my least favorite thing of the night. The flavor was good but kind of one note on the texture even with the crumble. I really liked the table, tree section that had been finished. Make note though that there are some holes in the table (I accidentally spilled some red wine on Max's white polo, sorry Max!). The place is BYOB, everyone brought wine but since I do not drink wine I brought Whiskey. I will note that the house was a little warm temp wise but I run hot too. All in all this was a fantastic experience and the food killed it for the most part. I would gladly go back anytime and would highly recommend giving it shot!

The menu is impressive and they have some interesting tasting flight options. I settled on a Malbec- Cab Franc, which I really enjoyed. Every other person that came in while I was there, he knew. In the time it has been open, they seem to really have made an impact. It definitely felt like more of a neighborhood establishment, rather than just another winery in Grapevine. Charcuterie boards can be so boring and stale if not thoughtfully designed, and obviously the freshness of the ingredients is of utmost importance. Too often with charcuterie boards you get that refrigerated taste/smell from something that's been sitting uncovered in a fridge for too long. But these boards were super-well-wrapped until time to eat. There is clearly a lot of care put into each board, and so many beautiful, quality ingredients. These particular grazing boards had a variety of 4 cheeses (like a pistachio crusted goat cheese, sharp cheddars, brie, and habanero pepper), 2 meats (salami arranged like a rose and capicola on the side), a handful of nuts (pistachios or almonds), salty cornichons or olives, plump fruit (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes), wafer-y crackers, a piece of foil-wrapped chocolate, and a tiny glass jar of local honey or jam. And a sprinkling of vibrant, edible flower petals. It's really very pretty, bountiful, and colorful. See my photos! I'd say these specific boards are a great size for 2-4 people to share. The Art of Grazing's website has all the info on their different boards.. lots of sizes, crudités or cheeses or meats or combos, holiday themes and specials. They were very nice, it was ready in time, and all the items on the board were delicious. I'd highly recommend placing an order with them. The food presentation was so pretty and it came on a nice slate board, which I can reuse.
