They have free coffee and WI-Fi which is always nice. I thought the car may have needed a new battery, they were honest, it did not and they did not try to coerce me into getting a new one. Oil change completed in a decent time, maybe an hour or shorter. I paid the price listed online, no bait & switch or hidden charges and I was on my way. All of the employees that I interacted with were nice. No problems here for me at all, we'll be back.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 10:00 a.m. and was advised of a three-hour wait, which I accepted. However, when that estimate stretched beyond four hours without any update or explanation, it became frustrating. Many other customers waiting for routine services appeared to be experiencing similar delays. Delays are understandable, but failing to proactively communicate revised timelines demonstrates a lack of respect for customers' time. Simple measures such as periodic updates, text notifications, or more realistic wait-time estimates would significantly improve the customer experience.

Drove it about 400 miles home before it broke down. Wheel bearings went. Front brakes went out. He said all brakes had been replaced but the rears weren't touched. Truck had holes in the from that I couldn't initially see. I was quoted over $10k in repairs for truck "in excellent condition and inspectable". During the…read moretransaction, Noel tried every trick in the book to back out of the advertised price and incentives. I'll spare you the details of their profanity and rudeness; their professionalism is UNREAL. You can read the other one-star reviews for that. However, within 48 hours of the purchase, the truck failed inspection. According to state law, all dealers must provide a 30-day warranty. However, Sergie and Noel seem to believe they can ignore this rule if they think you received a discount or participated in a promotional offer they advertised on Facebook. Running a sale to attract customers does not justify selling vehicles that cannot pass inspection. Furthermore, Sergie claimed that our issue was with Precision Tune of Reisterstown. We called Precision Tune, and they confirmed that they inspect vehicles for Classic Motors and have a long-standing relationship with them. However, they refused to provide any information about the vehicle in question. The receptionist informed us that inspection details must come from the dealership, while the dealership directed us to call Precision Tune. There are also some interesting aspects in the relationship between Classic Motors and Precision Tune. We'd best refer our concerns to the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General, and Federal Trade Commission, to name a few. I have listed them so that other readers will know the correct course of action. I am sure Sergie and Noel will post a BLAME SHIFTING rebuttal, but there is a common theme among your one-star reviewers that cannot be ignored. POOR QUALITY Vehicles, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAILED INSPECTIONS, and NO ACCOUNTABILITY are the take-home message. https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/ https://oag.maryland.gov/i-need-to/Pages/business-complaints.aspx BBB | Better Business Bureau

If I could give negative zero rating…read more I had a very concerning experience with Heritage Hyundai of Owings Mills. I brought my mother's vehicle in for a check engine light and performance concern and clearly stated that I wanted to review and approve any work before it was performed. Despite this, multiple services were marked as approved that I did not authorize. I disputed the charges and opened a case with Hyundai Consumer Affairs. Due to needing transportation, I paid under protest in order to retrieve the vehicle. However, immediately after picking up the car, I found that it is now running worse than when it was brought in. This is extremely concerning and raises questions about the quality and accuracy of the work performed. This matter is currently under review with Hyundai Corporate and has also been submitted to the Better Business Bureau. I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all work is clearly approved before service is performed. Hyundai Corporate used to value the customer but now it's been proven otherwise. After this disturbing experience, I would never buy another Hyundai again. Corporate blindly takes the word of this unethical dealership without investigation even with actual proven documentation.

The worst dealership to have service done. Go to your local mechanic instead, trust me and others,…read moreyou will save yourself a lot of money and frustration. Would be surprised if anyone buys anything from this dealer. No brand loyalty, hope Hyundai reads this review or contacts me. I had an extremely frustrating experience at Heritage Hyundai in Owings Mills and would strongly advise against purchasing services there. Communication was disorganized from the start, with conflicting information about repairs. I brought my vehicle in for a fuel tank recall and a leaking valve cover gasket, but the recall was never inspected. Although I was given a one-day loaner, the dealership kept my car for five days, offering a different excuse each day. After over a week, I was told a previous dealership had damaged the valve cover, supposedly voiding the warranty. Despite this, Heritage Hyundai removed the valve cover, installed a gasket, and charged me $575 for diagnostics, the gasket, and the loaner. When I picked up my car, it would not start. Bolts were missing and critical components were left unplugged. The service manager reconnected one plug so the car could start. I was told the vehicle was safe to drive, but shortly after leaving, oil began spraying throughout the engine--posing a serious fire risk. Took the car to the previous dealership who themselves were dumbfounded and questioned why the repair was not handled properly under warranty, everything was covered. Customer service was dismissive, accountability was nonexistent, and blame was repeatedly placed on the other dealership. I was also almost charged $400 to refill coolant that was already at normal levels and quoted other ruinously over-priced recommendations, none of which were observed by the previous dealer. Overall, the experience was unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. They really do not care of the brand and/or customer safety. Why would anyone buy a Hyundai, knowing that the after-care experience is horrible. I received a response from the service director to call him for resolution on Google review. After 3 voicemails and 5 days later, nothing but crickets. Caveat Emptor.

I was looking for a hand wash car detailing. I recalled there being one on Reisterstown Rd in…read moreReisterstown that was always with lots of cars being washed. I went and the individuals are quick with the beginning vacuuming the inside. The cost varies and there is a sign that states various matters arent removed by regular wash. I chose the wash that would include them taking and getting the ridiculous dirt that somehow accumulated in 2 weeks on my vehicle off. Please note, this is NOT a hand car wash. But it did the job for $40. I was willing to pay more for the detailed wash. Once it came out I stood with my vehicle just to make sure of the wiping and if there were and incidents. They work quickly and opening doors and more. The female that was wiping the vehicle inside and out was pulling on my side mirrors that mechanically folds in when the engine is turned off, she actually was able to mess the passenger one up after I stopped her on the driver side. I was able to get it back on track. This same female failed to wipe the outside of the vehicle from coming out of the wash as the sun dried it before someone could come and wipe it down as they have so many customers but not enough workers. She then walked away as if she finished and started working on another vehicle. I tried to ask her to wipe the car down from the bugs that were still on the front of the car and hard water marks. She got an attitude and the other female told me to go see the manager. The manager came out, saw what I was speaking about and informed her to finish my vehicle. She continued saying she did it but I know for sure she didnt as I stood with my vehicle the whole time she was wiping down the windows from the inside and the inside of the vehicle. Thw mananger actually assisted with getting the outside wiped down properly and satisfactory. I tipped the guys in the back because they pre scrubbed the vehicle and was working more. Im sure I will return. Just watch your vehicle. Overall I was satisfied for a wash that was not hand wash.

During the cleaning, a piece in my car that covers my charger port was broken. When I brought this to the employee's attention, he immediately told me it was already broken when I arrived, which is completely untrue. While I waited for him to "check on what happened," the broken piece that had originally gone missing suddenly reappeared. Then I was told the employee who cleaned my car said it was already broken before service, which again is false. The issue is not only that the piece was broken, but that no one informed me about it. The piece had disappeared, and only after I confronted them did it mysteriously end up back in my car. Then I was given a weak explanation that it was "in the seat." What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and accountability. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to properly resolve the issue. As a customer who trusted your business with my vehicle, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I've attached a photo showing the broken charger cover piece. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I will never return to this car wash.
