I had a very disappointing experience with Exclusive Motorcars and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. They listed a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E350 online for about $20,815, and I have screenshots/proof of the listing. After I drove to the dealership and spent time there, they suddenly tried to charge me $28,000 for the same car BEFORE taxes and fees. After taxes, dealership fees, and everything else, the total would have been around $34,800+ for a car they advertised online for only about $20,000. When I asked why the price was completely different from the advertised listing, they simply said "it was a mistake." A difference of over $14,000 after taxes and fees is not a small mistake -- that is extremely misleading and dishonest. This felt like classic bait-and-switch advertising just to get customers into the dealership. They were not transparent about the real numbers, wasted my time, and changed the price dramatically once I arrived. Buyers should be very careful dealing with this dealership and make sure to get the full out-the-door price in writing before visiting. Overall, very unprofessional and dishonest experience. Purchased my car in cash was told they couldn't negotiate because of the inspection they complete on the cars prior to sale. I have called to speak to the manager and no one will call me back. I talked to the salesman who sold me the car only to tell me I can bring it back to be fixed. If you're selling vehicles and claiming to inspect them prior to sale, there's no reason to have a paying customer have to juggle their day because you or your service department failed to do their job. Subject: Misleading Advertising Regarding Bad Credit Help & Down Payment Assistance I visited Exclusive Motors on 08/12/2025 because their advertisement claimed they offer bad credit help and down payment assistance. I arrived after work around 6:45 PM and stayed until about 8:15 PM. Instead of genuinely helping, they pushed hard for me to get a co-signer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After being pressed multiple times, My boyfriend agreed to help, even though he's new to this and has no credit history (which was informed to sales rep and manager there, twice).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The next day, after I had to follow up myself, I was finally told hours later that they couldn't help because of his lack of credit, that he had a "0 credit history".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The salesperson then told me I would "need a different co-signer" and kept pressing, despite me explaining multiple times that I have no family to ask.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He even kept asking about my brother-after I had already said more than once that my brother passed away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He wet so far as to suggest I "find someone out of state" as a co-signer, ignoring what I had just old him.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At that point, it was obvious I was just a number, not a person they cared to help. I found a vehicle in there lot utilizing car guru. The price looked good and the photos were great. I requested additional information and I received a text message to schedule a date and time to look at the vehicle. I get in and I'm greeted by a salesmen, he looks up my phone number and asks if I had a vehicle in mind. I told him I did and he went on a 25 minute walk to find the vehicle keys. Once in the vehicle I told him about the warning lights and he advised it hasn't been inspected yet. I drove it anyway and it wasn't too bad aside from the lights and needing an alignment, it looked beautiful though. He said we certify all our vehicles and offer a lifetime warranty on the engine, transmission and something else. I can have this certified and fixed in 7-10 days let's go inside and finalize the deal. My response was absolutely not, I'd put a monetary hold on the vehicle but that's about it. The salesman says, I gotta talk to my boss about that. Boss comes and speaks with me and asks me how much am I willing to pay for the car. We go back and forth and he says that's not possible, we have taxes, title and processing fees as well as a $4000 certification fee. Where did the $4,000 come from!? This is the worst dealership that I have ever been to. I was shopping online for a certain vehicle and had no luck in finding one in my area. I happened to see that this dealership had the truck that I was looking for so I called. I was shopping for a car for my daughter, and so I answered to an ad for a 2016 Volkswagen Passat with low mileage from Exclusive Motors. The deal seemed good, so I contacted them. A person by the name of Amy answered to my inquiry and invited us to go and see the car. We drove for an hour. Amy wasn't there, but another girl welcomed us. We sat at her desk while she curiously went through a set of questions that I considered unnecessary. Finally, she went to see her boss, returned 10 minutes later and asked us to go to the lot. While there, she said we could walk around viewing other cars because she didn't know where the car was. At this point, I got impatient and told her that I was not interested in other cars. We needed to see the one that brought us here. Finally, the manager, Joe, came around and also claimed that he didn't know where the car was. A manager doesn't know where his cars are? Strange! After calling someone, he claimed that another salesman had taken the car to another customer's home for viewing. This seemed strange again to me. However, I accepted the apology and was told to come back the following day because the car would definitely be there. Long story short, when I called the following day, I was told that the car had engine lights that needed to be fixed. I never heard from them again. Keep in mind that the first question we were asked was if we were financing with them. When we answered to the negative, they car could not be found! It seemed to me that this is a bait-and-switch operation. They advertise a "good deal" to attract you. Once you are in there, either they will try sell you another car, of have you finance with them. Terrible service, I bought an Audi A8 on Aug 6, 2023 Did all the paper work everything signed & completed. Then I was told the car needed to be inspected before I can take it home. It was on Saturday I purchased the car so I was told I could pick up the car on Monday. That didn't happen the car wasn't ready inspection or cleaned but Saturday we got it. After 2 hours we had to take it back because it started smoking the under carriage was hanging low so we took it back to be told it was inspected and everything was good. Not So! We were given a loaner after much insistence on my part and that 2019 Q7 Quattro SUV then in a few hours the engine lights came on car started shaking everything went to hell quickly. Another loaner SUV loaner BMW SUV better but my car is still no serviced after 9 days since purchased. Service manger is not helpful either. Many promises of getting things corrected still not done.
