This couple now operates just this location- RA cleaners on Hazeltine and Burbank is closed . Same great cleaning and alterations. When you need a rush, no problem. The place is clean- a bit hot inside usually, but they're doing the cleaning onsite. Their equipment is all up to date - you can watch your name plugged into the search computer and your clothes arrive on the conveyer rack. Plenty of parking in the lot unless the karate studio is having a show. There's also street parking right in front. Bicycle shop next door. I've been coming here for 13 years and I've never had a problem. Prices are reasonable. When they closed for 2 weeks and I had to get something cleaned, I had to pay twice as much. One hint: if your order includes dress shirts and other items, the dress shirts are sometimes kept separate. Check before you leave. read more

I was down in Sherman Oaks for a wedding a few weekends ago and had packed my suit not knowing that it was stained and wrinkled! Luckily, I came down to Sherman Oaks a day earlier and checked my suit. I randomly found this cleaners and thought I'd give it a try. I explained my situation to them. They told me they were super busy, but that they would definitely try their best to get my suit done by the next day before the wedding. I had no choice, so I just decided to go with them. I'm was a bit anxious, but very pleased to find out the next day that they got it done! it's always the little things that a small business owner does to make the business that much better! I was a long time client of this cleaners, and I was always very friendly with the owner David and his wife, who is there in the afternoons. I always picked up my clothes on time and paid in full. David the owner always complained about how customers never picked up their dry cleaning sometimes for weeks and months at a time. That caused him money problems. Anyway considering all this I tried to be the best customer I can be! I always brought back the hangers to David for recycling so that he didn't have to purchase them. One day I brought in a blouse for my wife to be dry cleaned, the blouse was new and cost around $100 I came back to pick it up after a week beyond the date they said it will be ready. However to my surprise they had only started working on it that very hour before I came in to pick it up. He began to tell me that he could not remove a couple stains on the blouse that had only been worn one time. However I noticed there were some holes on the blouse and I told him that was not there when I dropped it off with his wife the previous week. He asked me if there were moths in my house I said no, and I said to him why do you ask because when I dropped off the blouse these holes were not there. Anyway after about a couple minutes of him trying to convince me that the holes were already there, he admitted to me that it was his fault and that it happened while he was trying to dry clean it. Anyway I asked him why did he try to lie about it and he had no answer. Since I was a long time customer I said look David if you just pay me for the blouse that you damaged and just admitted to damaging we can just move on from this. However, David did not see it that way he felt that it was not his fault even after trying to lie to me about it. Finally he agreed to pay me for the blouse but told me that I was not welcomed back as a customer. Its ridiculous how he decided to lose more money and a great client over a minor incident that he tried to cover up. A real business man would have just admitted that it was there fault paid for the damage and kept the client whom will continue to bring more business in the future. I was never a bad client and that is how I got treated in the end, oh yeah and his wife started yelling at me saying how I was a bad customer for trying to get my money back for something they damaged. Finally my point here is if you want great service go to Milt & Eddies in Burbank they are awesome!!! you never wait and they have experience handling expensive garments. If you want cheap shoddy work that will cost you buying another piece of clothes, then go to Burwood cleaners on woodman Ave. You get what you pay for!!! read more
