Pride Cleaners was a complete disaster. I dropped off a boy's suit on Saturday for alterations -- pants shortened and jacket taken in -- and made it very clear it was for his culmination and needed by Friday. When I came in Saturday afternoon, nothing had been done. Nothing. They had the suit for a full week and did not touch it. Their "solution" was to tell me to come back Monday, which was useless, and then to come back in a couple of hours because the seamstress was supposedly coming in soon. Absolutely unacceptable. They wasted my time, created unnecessary stress, and completely failed to do the job they promised. I had zero confidence they could fix it at the last minute without ruining the suit. I will never use Pride Cleaners again. Terrible service. Completely unreliable. read more

If you need a well priced dry cleaning service; you're in luck! I got a large fur comforter dry cleaned here for $30 as it was too large to fit in my laundry machine. They are very nice and ask you when you need it / when you would like to pick it up. I asked for 3 days and there it was! this my first time here. felt and smelled clean i the moment i stepped inside-- well kept. the owners / staff were really nice. didn't end up catching their names. i brought in 2 jackets to get the zippers fixed on them. english wasn't the best but they did their best to accommodate and answer my questions. 1st jacket was done with ease and they even offered the service for free this time. they had to add the metal zipper stopper at the bottom so the zipper didn't come off. the man was emphasizing how he would make sure it was perfect-- with what i wanted he was able to do it quickly & still quality. i really appreciated the free offer 2nd jacket was ready the next day and they even swapped out the jacket zipper to be black to match the jacket which i didn't even specify. that was really nice of them & detailed. honestly to fix my jacket $15 was worth it for me these jackets have been out of my rotation for so long but i'm glad they are finally repaired. read more

I brought three pairs of flared jeans to be altered to my height. First and foremost, the young lady that assisted me was very hospitable and friendly (and she was tall and naturally beautiful which matches her wonderful personality). I'll just call it like it is especially after what I went through (the alterations shop I visited before Prime Cleaners was rude and refused to alter my jeans). She did an AMAZING job with determining what would be the perfect length for my jeans. She even advised on what would be the right length for each style. I was in no hurry so I picked them up a couple days later. They did an incredible job! She took the time to show me the work that was done on each pair. She didn't rush me and also asked my opinion before taking my payment. They look brand new! I love them and wow, I'm so impressed. I will always bring my alterations to them. I absolutely love coming here. I've never had an alteration place that I keep coming back to because I haven't found someone that gives me results that I love, that was not the case with Prime Cleaners. Ever since I found this place I bring all of my stuff here. I am very petite, a lot of my clothes usually fit me huge and other places that have altered my clothes end up leaving things fitting awkward. I took my first two dresses that fit so unflattering and when I got them back, they fit like a glove! They even had me try it on right before they finished sewing everything so that I could let them know if there was anything I was unsatisfied with. The results were amazing and ever since I've been hooked! The lady who does my alterations is sweet as can be, the staff that greet you are always friendly. The results and the turn around time are 10/10. My items are usually ready before the date they give me. I would 100% recommend them to anyone & everyone. read more

I've been dropping off my suits here for a couple of years and never had any issues. Most recently, one of my suits was damaged (small hole on the jacket cuff). I pointed this out to the dry cleaner staff. They said they would investigate. They told me they have a camera capturing all clothes that get dropped off and that the hole was there when I left it with them. When I asked to view the video they refused to provide it. Their "investigation" was them claiming that this was not done by them and that I had moths. When I told them I do not and all of my other clothes were fine, they pivoted to telling me that my closet had mold. To be honest, I have no idea if the hole was there before I dropped it off. To my knowledge, my suit was fine, but I could be wrong. The fact that they refused to show me the video and were trying to blame me is what is frustrating. This is a very good business for our neighborhood. The have a great way of establishing a warm relationship with customers. There is always a happy and friendly smile when you walk in door. When I picked it up, the gal at the front desk immediately recognized me even though I had only been there once to drop off the jacket.
