I called them for a laundry pickup/ drop off order. I had just had surgery a few days prior and my dogs was going into surgery that day. I explained that I had blankets and towels I needed cleaned quickly. They were so understanding of my situation and helped me place my order, explaining pricing and wash and detergent options. I really love this place. The woman I spoke to was so sweet and was very reassuring and understanding. They text when they are picking up your laundry and bringing it back. We have been using Laundry Butler weekly for several months. I had previously not great experiences with neighborhood fluff and folds. We had a weekly subscription with LB and would occasionally send in an extra load. All very convenient and consistent. I would receive a reminder text the night before, plus a text just before pick up and drop off. I was often not home during these times but laundry was picked up/delivered safely. Clothes were always clean and taken care of. To my knowledge nothing was ever missing. One item was sent back unwashed because it was delicate and they wanted to keep it safe. It's just the two of us, so we aren't sending in a families worth of clothing, but we do have plenty, and we have our comforters/sheets, etc. done as well. We have had the best experience with them. My housekeeper fell at another job and has been calling out sick. I tried these guys Laundry Butler after searching on Yelp. I used another laundry delivery service in the past, but they don't give me the red carpet treatment...sometimes you want the red carpet rolled out for you....don't we all? LOL! Well I knew Laundry Butler was on the pricey side, but they have their own trucks and a professional website and uniform employees, so I registered and gave them a try. CONs: Without a $25 promo code I probably would not be able to afford these guys. I think I can only use the code once. We'll see. Regular service twice a month would run me $155 - $160 smackers! They actually charged me an additional $8.00 for "special attention" aka special instructions? But I only asked for dryer sheets and bleach to be used in specificity. I asked for a scented wash and didn't get that either. Now the PROs: Even though the delivery was about 50 mins later than I requested, the initial pick up was on time and the driver texted me both times to let me know his location, which is nice and saves me the stress of tracking them down. The website is a breeze and so is customer service, email and text response. The quality of the wash is superb and the fold is military grade SHARP. Everything was dry and neat. 24 hr. turnaround. Summation; I think Laundry Butler is the filet minion of laundry. It's great on occasion, but can I really afford it on a regular basis? I want to give a better review because I have been using this service weekly for almost two years, and everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and I genuinely like them. But my family has allergies to certain detergents and fragrances, and despite putting it in our permanent file that we must use free & clear detergent and no softener/dryer sheets, inevitably every few weeks/months we get a load back that is drenched in fragrance and makes myself and my daughter break out in hives. When this has happened I have sent a quick note to remind them of what is written on our order, and they have been good about correcting it, but inevitably it happens again. It has happened so many times now that I just need to switch to another service. If they could find a way to ensure that whoever washes the clothes each week will follow the customer's request, then I would happily use them again, but at this point I can't risk more headaches and hives. read more

We are on a weekly schedule with these guys. We have had nothing but a great experience. They accommodate our schedule and the clothes are always folded so nicely. The drivers are sweet and I would highly recommend them. Our apartment is a pain to get into and our schedules are finicky too. Thankfully they are flexible. I don't have any complaints.... except when we first started I could never get anyone to answer the main phone or return voicemails. There maybe a reason for that though, not sure. I've been having some serious health problems, and my laundry was piling up with no hope in sight of ever catching up. So I bit the bullet and looked into laundry services. Fearing they would be crazy expensive or a hassle dropping off and picking up my laundry, I wasn't so sure this would be the solution for me. Enter Laundry Butler for You. Their service is a godsend. I was able to have a pickup within 24 hours of starting my service. Two very friendly people arrived at my door and took my laundry away. Later that evening, it was dropped off at my door (I wasn't home.) Everything was very neatly folded or hung, smelled AMAZING, and I was able to put everything away in minutes. The price was very reasonable for what was included, especially when you factor in not having to buy detergent/softener/bleach/dryer sheets, savings on utilities and water, and the hours of time it saved me. I really like how I can select brands for each of the laundry products, specify what articles of clothing I want folded or hung, and even choose the water and dryer temperatures. There are spots for special instructions as well. Truthfully I had only given them half of my laundry (the true necessity type of stuff), fearing that it would be out of my budget to send them everything. Nope - they are getting the other half next week :) I think this service is like flying first-class - once you try it once, you really can't go back. I think they just earned a long-time customer. Their wash and fold service is good. My reason for giving 2 stars is because I asked if they did wash & press service for dress shirts and they said yes. I sent in my shirts and they got returned in really bad condition. All shirts were extremely wrinkly, they were falling off the hangers, and one of them even had a missing button. When I called to find out why my shirts were returned in such bad state, they said that they don't do pressing, that I was misinformed by the first person whom I spoke with. They said as an apology, they would issue a $20 credit to my account that I never received. (Btw, the $20 wasn't even a third of what it cost to get the shirts washed since I sent in a lot of them) read more

Pleasantly surprised by this service - everyone I spoke to was thoughtful and considerate. When I scheduled my first pickup, they reached out quickly to confirm and give me some more info about the service. The delivery/pickup team was able to accommodate my apartment complex being rather difficult to navigate no problem. They do have a $35 minimum - but to me, that seems to be a reasonable/low minimum for most people as well as a very fair price per pound. My clothes were returned well cleaned and as instructed by the form I filled out when I signed up. No fuss and no inconveniences or missed pieces returned unwashed. I have tried other pickup laundry services in the past, this is by far the best. They have an app and automated text reminders and scheduling a pickup is super easy. I wasn't home for my drop-off and they made sure to contact me and make sure my clothing was in a secure area. Highly recommended whether your laundry is out of control, you're just busy, or you don't want to hunt down quarters or hit the coin laundry during the pandemic. read more

I've had an excellent experience with LBFY. The first time I set a pick-up for the following day I received a phone call within minutes (!) confirming my order. The driver arrived right on time and I had my clothes back the same day. Everything is folded and wrapped and they provide you with a bag for your dirty clothes as well as a separate bag for your specials/dry cleaning so there's no mix-up. I had special instructions for the pick-ups and deliveries - I'm in a wheelchair due to some surgery - and have had no problems with the drivers following them. This review is not about the staff or the service. The reps have all been really nice. And i can't review the service because i didn't get to experience what i ordered. :( I emailed with a company rep last week to get a quote and work out how to do this. All great there! I went to the website and ordered our first pick up. Yeeehaaw! I received an automatic email from the company the day before the pick up reminding me that it was on. Stoked! This is going to change my life! And then..... No pick up. My clothes were baking on the porch from 8a to 7p when i finally gave up. (This was yesterday.) I called and emailed asking what happened. Maybe there will be a midnight pick up or something?? Nope. I had to call them again today and someone told me, "oh, it looks like your pick up was cancelled on the 16th." Well, i certainly didn't cancel it. And how could that be when i got the confirmation email directly from the company on the 19th??!! That doesn't even make chronological sense. At least one of the computers there knows it was not cancelled. So it's a "glitch" and i was offered the next available pick up date. Which i guess is all they can do, but it doesn't help me and my plans this week. I've looked at everything again to check for user error and i know i didn't mess this up. Why didn't i get a cancellation email on the 16th if someone there accidentally clicked a button? I could have called and solved it all right then and there. Why do we have to find out the hard way? And how do i know they won't just randomly cancel me again and then not tell me? The rep told me i could call the day before next week to reconfirm. But i shouldn't have to if i have an email confirmation, right?? What's the point? I had such high hopes... :( read more

Do not use. I filled out their form and the address part didn't work, somehow, but was my fault even though I know my address. So instead of confirming anything they lied and said they tried to pick up my stuff but it wasn't there (it was). When I reached out because I had written out instructions I basically was told I didn't do the address when I had filled it out and gave very explicit instructions how to get here. If there's no address why didn't you contact me prior? Why lie and say you came when you didn't? Instead of saying hey our system may have done something wrong, could you send me the address and let's fix the issue? That's how you handle these situations. Instead we I was just Told I didn't something over and over by Carlo even though they send an email and state they will contact you if ANY issue 24 hours after you sign up. Why not contact if no address, seems like an important step? You sent an email saying this? Terrible customer service and Just a very shady business. read more

This service was great at first they came on time and picked up washed laundry folded it nice.. the last two times i called them to come get the laundry i kept getting emails saying we stopped no clothes were outside so i looked they are out there , so i tried again today same thing got the same thing we stopped by there were no clothes outside .. so i called the office they said oh sorry we are no longer servicing your area we sent you an email I never got an email saying they are no longer servicing my area ..
