I had issues with affordable dentures because they messed up my sons mouth . Aspen did a great job…read moreon his mouth and it's appreciated more than words can say ..... But.... I need to speak to someone about my account.. I was moving after 30 years so we had a lot on our plate.. point being .. I missed my appointments ..(my fiance was taking my son back and forth for his teeth appts also and just couldn't get 2 appointments beside each other for the soul purpose of economic purposes..?? See that just doesn't sound right at all! I asked several times..and 2 of these were on the receptionists and their mother ship.. lol.. I got the appointments and the website said one thing but the receptionist kept calling me and rescheduling.. WHILE IN ROUTE TO THE OFFICE! I am put on a "walk in basis" and this is ridiculous that I should have to do this as 2 of these were miscommunicated by your website appointments and the receptionists at the office.. I had absolutely nothing to do with it but to show up.. I am the one spending gas to get there just to be told ."we tried to call u ..they didn't even have the number that I gave them TWICE to call if there is no answer on my cell... I was never notified AT ANY TIME.. of these missed appointments "rules" not even once .!!..so if I could get my appointment status back that would be appreciated as I only need 1 set of dentures every 3 to 5 years..seriously!! smh.. policies always have a claus OR exception , and if not ....Well.. life is full of unexpected emergencies, and AWWW man I forgot! But when an older person has to move ..then compassion should've been on that menu with the missed appointment claus ...!!! As I feel I was frowned upon and chastised by the young gentleman at the desk and the office manager! She was all bubbly and talkative until the young man said I have to be placed on a walk in basis schedule .then all communication went dead .speaking of that ..the receptionists there need to recharge all of their batteries..seriously autopilot place as you sit and look around..no smiles, no happiness, more grey and droopy black kinda atmosphere Just a suggestion ..teach your employees what empathy, a genuine smile, LOVE of job (cause they had a college choice THEY PICKED THIS PROFESSION!!) and what human common courtesy actually is and watch how the atmosphere in that stuffy ,zombified, tension filled office thrives..FYI the missed appointments was casually NEVER mentioned..EVER!

She recommended replacing old silver fillings with white. I was in so much pain while she filled them, never had I experienced in all my dental needs. Then my gum underneath the molar was gone; creating an oasis of food collection and infections every few weeks. She lied about my decaying molar she filled, stating it was the antibiotics and my mouth was too small and could not open. I tried to get in to be seen multiple times, only after three weeks she finally saw me. I was distraught and I complained of the grayness/brown molar she worked on three weeks ago, along with the food collection; pain. She stated the discolor was due to the antibiotics. She never gave me the antibiotics until after our conversation! Please don't go to her. Hygienists were wonderful, not the dentist.

I scheduled an appointment for 4 pm. I called ahead because I thought I might be ten minutes late. I rush to get there and am told that I arrived just in time (before they canceled me.) I pay 29$ for the appointment. Then I have to wait 36 minutes to be taken back. Then after a few x-rays, they make me wait until 5:46 when I finally got up and just saw all of them standing there laughing. They say that I'm still waiting on the hygienist. Someone says "maybe the Dentist can go in first" instead of him saying anything, and he doesn't even look at me and smiles nervously and walks away with the others like a little kid to go look at something. It's not the patients problem that there is one hygienist, don't let me make an appointment if the only hygienist has to work on 5 people. Take away the time-slot. It's disrespectful to my time to not just reschedule me or let me know that I'd be waiting 2 hours and they aren't even giving me a cleaning. Charging back the 29$ doesn't even feel good, I wish I could take more back for sitting there for two hours doing nothing. They wipe their ass with appointments. Just walk in. They only have one hygienist at the dentist good luck.

Dr Reed is amazing, & his assistant melanie & i cant remember the blue pretty eye lady. I have gone in for fillings & a cleaning. They are very aware of what your insurance will cover an what not. But its also our behalf to ask before they proceed with the treatment plan. They also give you a treatment plan & a estimated balance of what you'll owe for the next time. Of course its not accurate until the Dr. is actually in your mouth & you might need something so they will tell you hey you need this, but they let you know before actually doing it. Overall my experience is absolutely amazing Im actually trying to get everything i need done before getting stationed elsewhere in 3 months. They take United Concordia , (im a military spouse) fyi in case some of you may ask if they take it

I am not even a patient at this practice, but I personally know several people who have been…read moretreated there and have said they will not return. One individual has been waiting on a refund for an overpayment made in February 2026. Despite multiple phone calls, numerous voicemails, and email exchanges stating that management was "in training," there has still been no resolution. At this point, the practice has continued to hold money that is owed back to the patient, which is completely unacceptable. Communication appears to be lacking, and follow-through on patient concerns seems nonexistent. Based on what I have witnessed through the experiences of others, I would never choose to use this facility. In a community like Pace, reputation and word of mouth matter. The way patients are treated after payment is just as important as the care they receive. Pace Dental, do better. Your community's trust is what keeps your business going.
