This place is saving my life. I work a pretty high stress, long hours job, where I am making decisions all day. When it comes to taking care of myself, I have decision fatigue. I knew I could not change my health without someone else making some of the health decisions for me. Through the recommendation of a friend, I now take the morning classes with Marissa 3 to 5 times a week. She keeps a variety of ever changing exercise exercises that keep me from being bored or having to make decisions. She tells us what to do, and we do it. And I'm seeing results. When life is too hectic and I can't get in, I notice that my body really misses it. It's 30 minutes long so super fast and easy. She is uplifting and inspiring. Thrive also sell supplements and protein powder and I appreciate again not having to make additional decisions so I get them there. I joined Thrive last year right before Thanksgiving. His focused workouts are a work of art in their ability to challenge individuals to push themselves to work hard and improve their strength and endurance. I started going to thrive around April or May of 2017, what I love about this place is that Jay is so encouraging and motivating and willing to help everyone that is willing to change for their best self.
